Use within the applicable humidity range (below 85%RH)
Use within the applicable temperature range (0℃ ~ 40 )℃
The host of this machine should be installed horizontally, and the camera
should be erected. This product is suitable for installing store freezers.
Avoid installation in places subject to severe vibration. Do not put other
equipment on this machine.
Transportation and handling
The packaging of this machine has undergone earthquake-resistant design and experiments to ensure that the camera will not be accidentally damaged during transportation. Therefore, it is best to use the original packaging materials and cartons when transporting the machine;
Notice:
- Before letting the host and the camera run, please check whether the power supply is correct.
- Do not drop this product or subject it to strong knocks.
- Do not touch the camera directly. If it is necessary to clean, please moisten the clean cloth with alcohol and gently wipe off the dust
- Avoid aiming at strong light (such as lighting, sunlight, etc.)
- If the equipment does not work normally, please contact the store where you purchased the equipment or contact the service center, and do not disassemble or modify the equipment in any way (unauthorized modifications or repairs cause problems, you are responsible for it).
Functional Overview
Al device is a plug-and-play camera product developed by our company. It
adopts the MJPG encoding format. This series of devices connected to the
Internet without complicated settings. You can download the APK on the mobile
phone connected to
the Internet through our company. The dedicated software was released to
access the IoT mobile terminal.

Note: Before installing the IoT mobile terminal, please check whether
your product content is complete. If the package content is missing, please
contact the dealer in time
The package should contain the following items:
Network Camera *Bracket, WIFI antenna, power adapter, CD, network cable.
Notice:
- After opening the package, please check whether the items in the above list are complete. If you find any missing, please contact the seller in time;
- Pay attention to checking the ID password information at the bottom of the device, and you must keep the information in this label properly.

- Please check whether the output voltage of the power supply is 12/24V;
- Please confirm that the place where you use the IoT mobile terminal has 4G network conditions, and connect to the toolkit APK through the 4G network;
- According to the installation position and distance in the figure, power on the device and wait for two minutes, the device will enter the normal self-checking and self-rotating working state.
- Whether the device starts normally, you can check the status of the working indicator. The green light on the left will flash.
- Use a mobile phone or tablet with Toolkit to connect to the 4G AP. After the connection is successful, two pictures will appear in the basket as shown below after opening and closing the door. Confirm that the pictures are uploaded to the cloud, which means the installation operation is successful.
