Safety Instructions

  1. This lamp is not waterproof. Avoid exposing it to splashing or dripping water.
  2. The operating temperature should be within -25℃ to 85℃.
  3. Do not allow children to assemble the lamp by themselves.
  4. Avoid placing the lamp near heat sources.
  5. Avoid placing the lamp near potentially dangerous sources.(e.g., candles, liquid-flled objects, etc.)

Installing Your Floor Light

  1. Connect three lamp bars.
  2. Reinforce the lamp bars with Allen Key and screws.
  3. Rotate and fix the lamp bar according to the direction of the base.
  4. Connect the adapter and plug it in to test the lamp. Installation is successful if all 3 lamp bars are on.

Troubleshooting

Partial lamp bars are on/ The lamp is no reaction

  1. The screws are installed too tightly, resulting in poor contact.
  2. Try to change the color with the remote control.
  3. Open CozyLife, Click “more”-“set number”-“84”-“confirm”.

KYINFLOSE DFQY-CS14 Corner Floor Lamp FIG 5 Register an account and choose your country. Connect your phone to WiFi ( Only 2.4Ghz available)/ open the data network/Turn on the phone’s Bluetooth. Turn on/off 3 times( on/off/on/off/on), The LED light flashes red, indicating that it has entered the state of network distribution. After successful networking, add the device.

You can choose to configure the device.

Alexa Support

[Vioce Control]
Click [Settings ] and make sure the [device name] is the same as your voice control name, otherwise, it will fail.
You can do short answer operations(Switch, Brightness, Color):
“Alexa, turn on [device name]”
“Alexa, turn off [device name]”
“Alexa, [device name] change to red”
[Create a Routine] Light turn off – “Alexa, good night”

Note

  1. .Only support 2.4GHz, not 5GHz.
  2. The distance between the device and the router should not be too far away, which will affect the Wi-Fi signal.
  3. Make sure the Wi-Fi password is entered correctly, just English and Numbers.
  4. If the device is offline and can’t be controlled check if the Wi-Fi is off, turn off some other connected devices, the router may be overloaded, update the application interface.
  5. If you change the Wi-Fi password, please reconnect. When restoring factory settings, you must turn off the lamp for 10 seconds and then try again.

Troubleshooting

    3.Open CozyLife, Click “more”-“set number”-“84”-“confirm”.

  • The remote control cannot be used.
    Remove the plastic piece from the remote control.

  • Which system of android or IOS does this app support?IOS≥V10.0, Android ≥V5.0(only for mobile phones, not for tablets and other devices), and Bluetooth≥V5.0 are required.

  •  Issue problems in using the Cozylife App.
    Open Cozylife APP, tap [Help and feedback] – [Application] -[Smart Speaker] – [Network]. You also can tap [Feedback], put forward your suggestions and problems, so that we can upgrade the software and better serve our customers.
