Safety Precautions

• This product can only be used on the waist and abdomen;
• It is forbidden to use the product on the head, chest, heart, and other important parts；
• People with skin problems, such as injuries, allergies, infections, etc., can’t be used；
• Do not use on injured or skin trauma, such as broken skin；
• Please turn it off first to avoid slight electric shock if adjust the position of the product during use;
• Please keep it out of reach of children;
• Do not use this product with other medical electronic products at the same time, such as pacemakers, electrocardiometers, etc.;
• Stop using immediately and consult a doctor if dizziness, palpitations, etc. occur during use;
• Please adjust to a comfortable gear and intensity to avoid being too intense for first time users;
• The electrode pads of this product have a heating function. When the same area is used for a long time (more than 30 minutes) with the hot compress function, it may cause low-temperature burns;

Instructions

1. Connect the USB cable to 5V voltage, and then insert the type-c plug of the cable into the host. When charging, the white LED indicator is a breathing light effect, and the white LED is always on when it is fully charged. Make sure that the built-in battery has enough power to proceed to the next step.

2. Put on the massager with the electrode piece close to the waist or abdomen skin (do not use it through clothes). Fasten the left and right buckles, and properly adjust the position of the buckles so that the elastic band is not too tight or too loose.

3. Long press the power button of the host to make the host enter the startup state.
   After startup, the following settings are available:
   ① Automatic combination mode
   ② Massage intensity of gear 0
   ③ Red light is off by default
   ④ Heating is off by default
   ⑤ Timing for 15 minutes

4. The remote controller can adjust the intensity, temperature, red light, and mode of the product.

5. Pulse strengthening or weakening key: to increase or weaken the pulse strength. The strength will change by 1 gear each time the key is pressed. The pulse strength will change by 8 gears in total. The default gear is 0 when the key is started (the voice will be broadcast once each time the key is pressed).

6. **M** Mode switch key: press once to switch the mode, and switch among 5 modes
   cyclically (mode 1: massage mode, mode
   2: knock mode, mode
   3: scraping mode, mode
   4: vitality mode and mode
   5: automatic combination mode).
   The default automatic combination mode is started. When switching the mode, the massage force of the product will return to 0 (once pressed, the voice will be broadcast once).

7. Heating button: every time you press the button, the product will switch back and forth between low temperature, high temperature, and off the heating (every time you press the button, the voice will broadcast once).

8. Red switch key: Press the key once, and the product will switch back and forth between red on and red off (press the key once, and the voice will broadcast once).

9. When the product automatically shuts down after running for 15 minutes or stops running without any operation for 5 minutes, the voice will prompt “Thank you for using”.

10. Use of remote control battery
    ① The remote control uses CR2032 button batteries, which can be used for 30 minutes every day for about 2 months.
    ② When the button is pressed, the brightness of the led light of the remote controller is significantly reduced or the remote control host is not sensitive, which indicates that the battery power is insufficient. Please replace it with a new one.
    ③ When the product is not used for a long time, please take out the battery. Otherwise, it may cause battery leakage and cause remote control failure.
    ④ Please do not use other types of batteries.
    ⑤ Do not install the wrong positive and negative electrodes of the battery, with the positive electrode facing up and the negative electrode facing down.
    ⑥ Do not use the battery in an environment of over 45 ℃, otherwise the performance and service life of the battery will be affected.

Charging instructions

• Before using it for the first time, please fully charge the instrument before use.
• During charging, the charging indicator is a breathing lamp.
• When the battery is fully charged, the white led is always on. Unplug the charging cable, and the led indicator is off.
• In the process of charging, the key operation of the product is invalid, that is, the product can not work.
• The charging time is about 2.5 hours, and the maximum battery life in pure massage mode is about 30 hours. The time of use varies somewhat depending on the situation of use.
• When the charging is abnormal, please cut off the power supply immediately.
• Please use and keep the charging cable properly. Do not fold, stretch, twist or wind it at will.

Cleaning and maintenance

Do not use sharp objects or corrosive, volatile, strong acid and alkali products to clean the instrument.

• After use, please clean the electrode plate. You can use a soft wet cloth or a cotton pad to wipe it gently. When the electrode plate is particularly dirty, you can use a soft cloth with a little medical alcohol (alcohol concentration is 75%) to wipe or disinfect it.
• Do not wash the instrument directly with water.
• If the instrument is not used for a long time (about 3 months), please fully charge the instrument before storage, so as to avoid damage to the battery inside the instrument due to lack of electricity.
