Description of Indicator status:
- The red light flashes means the charging compartment is charged separately, and a constant red light means the battery is full.
- When the earphone is in the charging state but the charging compartment is not – the red light of the earphone is always on, and the green light of the charging compartment is always on. When fully charged, the headset and charging compartment are both off.
- When the earphone and charging compartment are both in the charging state – the red light of the earphone is always on and the red light of the charging compartment is flashing. The headset turns off when fully charged, and the red light of the charging compartment is always on.
- When the headset is in low battery, the red light flashes slowly to prompt charging;
- The flashing green light in the charging compartment indicates that the charging compartment has insufficient power and needs to be charged.
Bluetooth pairing:
Open the cover of the charging case, the left and right buds will
automatically pair, and the earbuds will enter the waiting state for pairing
with your device.
First time pairing(same for IOS & Android):
Turn on the Bluetooth of the phone, take out the two earbuds and wait for
pairing, click “116” in the Bluetooth option in the settings of your device.
After the pairing is successful, you are ready to go! After first-time
pairing, every time you take the buds out of the case and wear them, they’ll
connect with your device automatically.
IOS pairing:
Operate instructions: the headset is connected normally.
Left ear: Touch 1 time to play/pause/answer the call/hang up, touch 2 times to
increase volume, touch 3 times to next song, long press3 seconds to call the
voice assistant
Right ear: Touch 1 time to play /pause/answer the call/ hang up, touch 2 times
to decrease volume, touch 3 times to the previous song, long press 3 seconds
to call the voice assistant.
*Note: If received the headset with the left and right ear opposite functions, please try to taps 2 times the neck of the headset to change both ears function before it connects to your phone. taps 3 times to switch between Chinese and English prompts. (Due to compatibility issues, some android phones do not support volume control) Calling the voice assistant requires that the mobile phone has installed a voice assistant APP that can be opened, such as Siri of 10S, Android mobile assistant, etc.
The 116 headset supports AAC high-definition audio codec. Some mobile phones
may not be compatible when AAC is turned on. There is no sound when playing
music, please set the Bluetooth audio codec of your phone to SBC or Turn off
AAC (different mobile phones and different models of mobile phones may have
different setting methods, the specific setting methods Please consult the
phone manufacturer)
Shut down and use again:
When not using the headset, please put the headset into the charging case and
press the charging button to charge the headset. For the second use, just take
out the headset from the charging case to automatically match, and
automatically connect to your phone. You can also manually press and hold the
headset touch area for 4-5 seconds to shut down. Press both ears when using
again. (Touch the area for more than 3 seconds until the indicator light
flashes)
Tip:
- Never dismantle or refit the product to avoid malfunction or fire hazards;
- Keep away from corrosive liquids to avoid damages to the product;
- Since the Bluetooth signal cannot be transmitted under ter, swimming, diving will cause the signal to be disconnected or intermittent;
- After the earphones are placed in the charging compartment, the bottom of the charging compartment flashes green or does not light up and the manual charging switch does not light up. This is a reminder that the charging compartment is out of power. Please charge the charging compartment in time. At this time, the functions of automatically turning on the earphones out and automatically turning off when putting the earphones in are invalid, and you need to touch the switch manually;
- During use, if one of the headphones has no sound, keeps disconnecting, automatically turns on, or fails to Turn on the headset, it may be that the headset is out of power. At this time, you need to put it back in the charging compartment before you can continue to use it. Please remember to press the charging switch button when charging the mobile charging model;
- If it has not been used for more than a month, please charge and maintain it in time to ensure that it is safe;
