To Charge The Power Bank
The Type-C (C1) port of the power bank supports 5W-100W power input. Users can use a PD Type-C charger and USB-C charger to charge the power bank.

1. Use PD Type-C charger.
   The power bank supports PD2.0 input, supports 5V/3A (max, 9V/3A (max), 12V/3A (max), 15V/3A (max), 20V/5A (max) different voltages and currents (power) ), any PD Type-C charger with the above power can be used to Power bank charging. The greater the input power, the faster the charging time of the mobile power supply. The fastest charging time of the mobile power supply is about 60 minutes.

2. Use a USB-C charger or charging cable.
   In addition to the PD Type-C charger, users can also use the USB-C charger and charging cable to charge the power bank. The USB-C input supports QC fast charge protocol up to 18W.

To Charge Other Devices
The output of SUPER 20 is four independent outputs, namely C1, C2, USB, and wireless charging four output ports. The maximum output of each channel and the supported protocol are detailed in the basic parameters on page 1 above.

1.  Charge the smartphones
   All 4 output ports can be used to charge mobile phones. When using, you only need to connect one end of the charging cable to the C1/C2/USB port of the power bank, and the other end to the mobile phone charging port. The power bank can intelligently identify the power required by the mobile phone. Corresponding voltage and current output; When using wireless charging to charge the phone, the phone itself needs to support the wireless charging protocol to directly charge the phone; if the phone itself does not have the wireless charging function, you need to add a wireless receiver to the phone to use it. can Support 4 mobile phones to charge at the same time.

2. Charge the laptop
   Both the C1 and C2 output ports of the power bank can be used to charge the laptop. The maximum output power of the C1 port is 100W, and the maximum output power of the C2 port is 45W (see the basic parameters on page 1 for details). There are two situations for charging a laptop, one is a laptop with a Type-C charging interface, and the other is a laptop with a non-Type-C charging interface.

• When charging a laptop with a Type-C charging port, you only need to connect one end of the original CC of the laptop (that is, both ends of the charging cable are Type-C ports) to the laptop charging port, and the other end to the power bank C1 or The C2 interface can charge the laptop. When charging, the power bank automatically recognizes the power required by the laptop to match the corresponding charging current and voltage.

• When charging a non-Type-C interface notebook computer, because the non-Type-C interface is a non-standard DC interface and there are many interface types, the power bank cannot directly charge this type of notebook computer; when charging, the user needs to be based on their own Laptop interface type and power use a Type-C to DC adapter cable to convert the voltage and current. Specifically, the Type-C terminal is connected to the power bank C1 or C2 output interface, and the DC terminal is connected to the laptop charging input interface used.
  Note: The Type-C to DC conversion cable needs to be purchased by the user and is not a standard accessory for SUPER 20.

  3. Charge Other Digital Devices
     In addition to charging mobile phones and laptops, the SUPER 20 laptop power bank is also compatible with other USB digital devices, such as Bluetooth speakers, earphones, USB fans, cameras, handheld games, Gamepads, etc.

FAQ

1. How long can I fully charge the power bank?
   Answer: The fastest is about 60 minutes.

2. Why can it be charged so fast?
   Answer: Use graphene-lithium high-rate special fast charge battery, support high power input (maximum 100W; ordinary power supply only 10W), so it can be charged quickly.

3. Can any charger be used to charge it in 60 minutes?
   Answer: No. A full charge in 60 minutes requires a charger power of more than 90W (original or non-original); if the charger power is low, the charging time will be relatively longer.

4. Is the higher the charger power, the faster the charging?
   Answer: Yes. But the premise is that it is within the range that the power bank itself can support; ordinary power banks do not support high-power input, so even using our 90W chargers can not quickly fill ordinary power banks.

5. How long can your mobile phone be charged with your power bank?
   Answer: The phone itself has a rated input power (for example, rated 5W or 10W or 18W), so how long the phone can be fully charged mainly depends on the rated input of the phone itself rather than the power bank; in general, the charging time of the phone with the mobile power The original mobile phone charger is the same.

6. Why does the power bank heat up more obviously when charging? Is it dangerous?
   Answer: Because the input current is relatively large during fast charging, the heat is slightly higher than that of ordinary power banks; but this temperature is a normal safe temperature, and the power bank has a variety of built-in temperature control protections; it will not cause danger.

7. How many times can the power bank charge the mobile phone?
   Answer: The phone can be charged 5-6 times, depending on the battery capacity of the phone.

8. How long can the power bank supply power to the laptop?
   Answer: Charge the laptop for about 80 minutes, depending on the input power of the laptop.
