Battery
STANDBY MODE: The insoles are programmed to go into “sleep mode” if not connected to a phone, when no movement is detected for five minutes. This mode is designed to save battery power when the insoles are not in use. When the insoles are in standby mode, the red LED light does not flash. A simple shake of the insoles will wake them up, and the light will resume flashing.
Do not attempt to remove or replace the batteries built into the inserts; doing so may damage them.
Please see page 12 for battery and insole recycling instructions.

The connected insoles are IPX6 rated and are water resistant.

Charging the insoles
To charge your insoles:
- Connect the charging cable to a USB power supply (preferred) or to the USB port on your computer. Use only the number of cables that came with the device.
- Then connect your insoles to the 2 microUSB
A full charge takes about two and a half hours. Once charged, the insoles can last up to 8 hours. The battery discharge time varies according to the use: heating set point, type of shoes worn…
NOTE: The insoles are programmed to go into “sleep mode” if not connected to a phone when no movement is detected for five minutes. This mode is designed to save battery power when the insoles are not in use.
Charging and connecting your insoles
The insoles must be fully charged before first use.
- To charge, open the protective cap on each insole.
- Insert the two micro-USB connectors of the supplied cable into the insoles.
- Connect the remaining single USB portion to a computer or wall outlet.
- When charging, the LED on the module is red, it will automatically turn off when the battery is 100% charged.
To check the LEDs in an optimal way, we advise you to place yourself in a dark place to observe them.
Adjusting the soles
To adjust the size of the soles to your shoes, you can cut them along the lines. Be careful not to cut beyond the dotted lines on the bottom of the soles, as this could damage the electrical components and the soles may not heat up. Also, the warranty would be void.
