Quick Start Guide
1.1 Keys Function
Keys Function Description:
Power button| Short press to sleep/wakes up, long press to startup and
shutdown.

Volume + (up)| increase the volume
Volume – (down)| decrease the volume
HOME button (home) | Click it in any interface will return to
the main interface.
Back button (back) | Click it in any interface will return to the
previous menu
Menu button| This button will display in the menu interface.
Setting button| display recently browsed history
1.2 Startup and Shutdown
Startup
Long press the POWER key for three seconds , you can enter into the start-
up picture. The system enters into screen lock status, please unlock it.
Shutdown
- Long press POWER, it will populous shutdown window.
- The shutdown window contains mute mode, airplane mode, reboot mode, and shut down four options.
- Click Shutdown is the last step.
1.3 Open and Close of the Screen
The screen will be closed on its own when no operation happens.
- The screen will be closed on its own if no operation happens for some time to save battery power
- When the screen is open, press the POWER key, the screen will be closed immediately.
Open the screen when it is closed.
If the screen is closed, short press POWER to open the screen. The screen will
be locked open it, it will show the picture as below picture, left slide to
unlock and enter into the camera, right slide the unlock icon to unlock the
screen.
1.4 Visit Application Procedures
Click on the right top, enter into the main interface, choose the application procedure you want to visit.
1.5 USB Connection
MID storage configuration
Before transmitting documents, you have to conduct storage configuration for
your MID:
- Connect the MIDI and computer by USB cable, the reminder column will show the reminder information.
- Open the reminder board; please view the MID status and reminder to learn how to open the board.
- In the reminder board, click the “USB Connected”, it will as below Picture 3.4, then click “open USB storage configuration”.
- Now the USB is connected successfully.
Copy the document into the memory card
- Connect the MID to a computer with a USB cable.
- As MID storage configuration, it is connected with the computer successfully.
- Open the “My computer” in your computer, check the items in “removable disc”.
- Copy the documents you need into “removable disc”.
- After copying finishes, click “shutdown the USB storage configuration” to uninstall.
Notice: When the MID is connected with a USB cable, and you open the USB storage configuration, you can’t view the memory card through the MID. Only after you detach the USB cable, you can view the memory card in the MID.
Basic Setting
2.1 Wireless and Internet
- Connect Wi-Fi
- In the main menu or interface, choose the setting application procedure.
- Click WLAN, open Wi-Fi, MID will automatically search the available Wi-Fi wireless internet.
- Choose the Wi-Fi internet you want to connect, if it has a password, it will popup the password window, enter a password, click connect.
- Add Network
- Click the icon in the right top
- Input network SSID, the wireless network name, click save.
- Click user name already saved, click connect to use network

Network Notice
If you open Network Notice, when a WIFI signal appears, the right bottom will remind you of the available WLAN network -
Keep WI-FI on during sleep.
Click the icon on the right top, select advanced. Click Keep WI-FI on during sleep
2.2 Bluetooth
Bluetooth function operation
- Click setting application in the main menu interface
- Click Bluetooth and open it.
- If somebody opens Bluetooth in your surroundings, click search the device right above, then MID will automatically search the Bluetooth device nearby.
- Click the available Bluetooth device, it will popup the request window, enter the related password, and match the device to connect.
- After matching successfully, choose the operation you want to, click to enter into
Bluetooth setting

Rename tablet
Click the icon on the right top, select rename tablet, you can rename it as you want -
Check visibility timeout
Select visibility timeout setting, choose the time you want to set, (Note: check overtime setting is the time setting when Bluetooth is checked) -
Display the file you received
Choose to display the file you received, you can view download and upload files. -
Bluetooth advanced setting
Choose Bluetooth advanced setting
File transmission,
Open file transmission service, Connect Bluetooth FTP and customer device to
visit and operate the file.
Bluetooth distance induction device
Open Bluetooth distance induction device, when two Bluetooth devices’ distance
is quite far or connection is cut off, the Bluetooth will remind you with
sound.
2.3 Communication Function
Phone
Click Phone application procedure, Operate as Picture
2.4 Language and Input Method
Click setting, select language, and input method, choose a language to switch language, as Click setting, choose language and input, choose Android keyboard setting, click input language Choose the language you want to change in the language list Return to language and input method, click default, select input the method you want to use
Installation of Procedures
3.1 Installation
Install the third-party application procedure
- Click “file manager” application procedure; choose the application procedure you need to install.
- Hold the application procedure you need to install.
- It popup install, click install apk.
- Finish the installation as a guide, it will operate.
Note: The third-party procedure searched from the internet to use on the system are all suffixed with .apk.
3.2 Uninstall
Uninstall application procedure
- Click the setting icon in the main interface.
- Click manage application procedure, list all the application procedures installed in the system.
- Click the APK you want to uninstall, click uninstall.
- Click confirm to finish the uninstallation.
Skill: The procedure manager installed by the system has many convenient methods to uninstall after the opening procedure manager, click uninstall, it will list all the application procedures installed by the system.
Troubles solve

The first startup of MID is slow
After the MID system is upgraded, the first startup needs to install the pre- installed application software, the lead time is around 2-3 minutes, the startup afterward will be much quicker. -
MID can’t connect to Wi-Fi
• Make sure the wireless router of the internet service can work normally.
• Ensure the MID and wireless router in a certain distance, and no wall or other barrier between them.
• Ensure the user name and password are both correct. -
MID feels hot
When many application procedures are used in the meanwhile, or the brightness of the screen opens to the lightest or undercharging, MID may feel fever. It is normal. -
Email can’t be set or Registration of application procedure.
• Ensure your internet is well connected.
• Make sure your email setting way is correct.
• Keep your system time and local time consistent. -
The system is abnormal and can’t work.
When you install some third-party application procedure, it may cause abnormal work, you can press the Reset key(next to the power port) to reset the system. -
The webpage can’t be opened
• Please keep the distance between from route to MID in effective range.
• Please restart WIFI and try again. -
MID works terribly slow sometimes
It is a normal phenomenon. Please turn off some applications you don’t need in advanced task management, or uninstall some third-party applications to release more system resources.

FCC RF Exposure Information and Statement The SAR limit of the USA (FCC) is 1.6 W/kg averaged over one gram of tissue. This device was tested for typical operations with the bottom of the device kept 0mm from the body. To maintain compliance with FCC RF exposure requirements, use accessories that maintain a 0mm separation distance between the user’s body and the device. The use of belt clips, holsters, and similar accessories should not contain metallic components in its assembly. The use of accessories that do not satisfy these requirements may not comply with FCC RF exposure requirements and should be avoided.
