  1. Pick up earbuds from the charging case, it will power on automatically. Blue & red LEDs flash one sec and then Blue LED flash one sec.

2. Two earbuds will start to connect to each other when Blue LED flashes slowly. It will take 4 sec for a cycle, total 2 cycles.

3. When 2 earbuds connect, the master earbuds’ blue & red LEDs will flash by turn for pairing with the device. The other earbud will enter standby Its blue LED will flash every 4 sec.

4. Turn on the Bluetooth function in the device, search earbud and connect

|

5. When pairing OK, it pops up the”connection” message from your device. If you want to use a single earbud only, please choose and connect the earbud.

‘HEIMDEX FLEX-L’ L&R Earbuds are paired

  • L Earbuds is Master earbud

‘HEIMDEX FLEX -R’ L&R Earbuds are paired

  • R Earbuds is Master earbud

3.1 If 2 earbuds can’t connect to each other, the blue & red LEDs on each earbud will flash all the time.

4.1 Please put earbuds back to the charging case and red LEDs are on. Please touch each earbud 5 times. Blue and red LEDs will flash one sec.

5.1 Please pick up earbuds again. it will enter connection mode of 2 earbuds, blue LED flash. After connection, the master earbud’s blue & red LEDs will flash by turn for pairing with the device. The other earbud will enter standby mode. Its blue LED will flash every 4 sec.

Notes on charging

It is recommended to use a charger of 5V 2A or less. and with a standard smartphone 5V 2A charger. High-speed charger 9V 1.67A / 5V 2.0A is also available. (However, due to the overheating of the battery when charging only with a 9V or higher independent fast charger. malfunction of the product may occur. Do not use it as it causes it.)
