WARNINC

  • a. DO NOT w ash the sensor and the strap in a washing machine.
  • b. Before hand washing t he strap, remove the heart rate sensor. The heart rate sensor is not washable.
  • c. Wash the strap in cold water, and never in water at temperatures higher than 30º C.
  • d. DO NOT iron or bleach the strap.

3 Function and Operation

Turning ON the sensor

Press the start button. The LED will quickly flash blue, Indicating that it is searching for heart rate. As heart rate is detected, the light will flash slowly.

Turning OFF the sensor
Keep the start button pressed for a few seconds. The LED flashes red, then enters the shutdown mode.

4 Power Management

  • a. If the LED flashes red several times when turning on the monitor. then the battery Is low and needs to be recharged.
  • b. The LED flashes red and green alternately while charging. When fully charged, the LED displays a continuous green.

5 Wearing Uptivo Lightband

Wear the armband on the upper portion of your arm, either on your forearm or on your triceps.
The strap should be tight enough not to move on your arm, but NOT so tight as to restrict arm blood flow.

6 Supported Devices

The Uptivo Lightband is an advanced heart rate monitor that supports Bluetooth 4.0 and ANT+ transmissions.

Uptivo Armband is the ideal choice for use with smartphones, tablets, and fitness wearables that support the aforementioned transmission standards.

Please refer to your device’s operating instructions for more information on how to connect a Bluetooth or ANT+ monitor.

Bluetooth and ANT+ transmissions can be used simultaneously on different receivers (smartphones. fitness wearables).

You can connect your Uptivo Armband to the Uptivo App in order to track and save your workout, and verify your fitness level and progress.

To pair your HR monitor to the application start the app and go to ‘HR Sensor’ section: when the sensor is detected tap on ‘Pair’.

Uptivo App is available for iPhone and Android smartphones. You can download it for free on the App Store and Google Play.

The Uptivo Armband is also compatible with many other fitness applications for smartphones and tablets.
