Electrical connections
The electrical connections must be done by an authorized technician able to
sign and stamp each and every adjustment on the electrical network according
to the regulations EN 60529 and EN 60335-1, and electrical protection index IP
40 and IP 44. All electrical connections are already made in the boiler’s
interior from Greentech company and the only thing that the technician should
do is connect the mains with a cable 3*1mm onto the main electrical control
panel of the boiler room.
The electrical plant must be protected from all weather conditions such as
rain, wind etc., and the electrical connections must be inserted in metal or
plastic suitable electrical boxes.
The mains power supply cable must be connected to the boiler’s control panel
(positions 1,2,3) and secured with a 16A safety switch. The circuit of the
boileroom’s lightening must NOT be combined with the one of the boiler.
The control panel of the boiler is connected to 230V/50Hz AC.
High or low voltages or blackouts can cause damage to the control panel or
other parts of the compact unit(pump, burner etc…)
All the parts of the boiler(pump, burner, safety devies etc.) are connected
and controlled by the main control panel. The circuit of the control panel is
protected by an automatic safety switch 230V/2,5A which is activated at 95°C.

The control panel’s organs are inserted in the special casing which is attached to the boiler. To avoid any risks of overheating the technician must check that the organs are fully inserted in the casing and make sure that there are no obstacles.
- Control panel operation and adjustment
- Connect the pump as showed in the drawing
- Connect the main power in the positions 1,2,3 and turn on the main switch of the control panel(on-off switch).
- Adjust the burner regulator according to your heating plant (underfloor 45-60 °C / radiators 60-75 °C) and make sure not to exceed 80°C.
- Adjust the pump regulator and make sure that the value is not below 40°C.
- Starting the boiler, the pump’s thermostat is supplied directly with current and it is connected in such way so that when temperature reaches a level above the selected one, C2 switch closes and pump starts working. The light indicator shows that the pump is working.
ATTENTION: When the water in the heating circuit is cooled down the pump stops completely for energy savings.

- Starting the boiler will also activate the room thermostat (if connected with the boiler). Room thermostat works as a switch, which activates or disactivates the rest of the electrical circuit.
- Disconnect the manufacturer’s pre-installed cable bridge at
- Positions 7-8 and connect the room thermostat instead.
- When the temperature inside the house is smaller than the one set, the room thermostat allows current to pass through the safety thermostat(which is built-in the control panel of the boiler) and connected in series with the burner. Connection C-2 N/C is always closed. In case it is open it means that an overtemperature has occurred and needs to be reset.
- ATTENTION: In this case make sure your heating plant functions properly, before you reset the boiler and set the fire on. If the error continues call technical support.
- The burner thermostat is connected is such a way that when it detects temperature which is below the one set it closes the electrical position C1 and fires up the burner. When the burner reaches the temperature set on the boiler the connections change status and the burner goes off.
- The indicating light bulb shows the burner’s activity.
