INITIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE TO ENSURE SAFETY, AS THEY MAY NOT ALL BE OBVIOUS.
- Any use of this product or its accessories in any manner not recommended by the manufacturer may cause injury to persons or damage to the appliance.
- This product has no user-serviceable parts except for the fuse. Other than the instructions provided in this manual, do not attempt to examine or repair this product yourself. Only qualified service personnel should perform any servicing.
- Do not allow a child to use this appli-ance. Keep the appliance out of children’s reach at all times. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with this appliance.
- Keep any parts or packaging materials well away from children. These are a potential source of suffocation or other danger.
- Always operate the appliance on a dry, flat, stable surface.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities that may lead to improper use or injury from operating the appliance.
- Discontinue any operation of the appliance if any of its parts malfunc-tion or are damaged in any manner. Take the appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for exam-ination, repair, or adjustment.
- Do not use the appliance if it has been submerged or placed under running water.
- Do not leave the product unattended while in use. Unplug the product from the electrical outlet when not in use.
- Before the appliance is used, check the unit (including the power cord) and all parts for any faults or defects. Do not operate the fan if the motor, housing, cable or any other parts appear to be damaged.
- Do not operate the fan in the presence of explosive or flammable fumes.
- Do not place the fan or any parts near an open flame, cooking, or other heating appliance.
- Avoid contact with moving fan parts.
OTHER ELECTRICAL SAFETY
WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock or personal injury:
- Do not use this fan with any solid-state speed control device.
- Unplug fan before cleaning or servicing.
- To reduce the risk of electric shock and injury to persons, do not use this product in a window.
This appliance has a polarized plug, meaning that one blade on the plug is
wider than the other. To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is
intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit
fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a
qualified electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.
This product employs overload protection (fuse). A blown fuse indicates an
overload or short-circuit situation. If the fuse blows, unplug the product
from the outlet and follow the fuse replacement steps later in this guide. If
the replacement fuse blows, a short-circuit may be present and the product
should be discarded or returned to an authorized service facility for
examination and/or repair.
- Completely assemble the product for use before plugging it into an outlet.
- Make sure the power cord does not touch any hot surfaces.
- Extension cords are not recommend-ed for use with this appliance.
- Do not plug or unplug the product into/from the electrical outlet with wet hands.
- Discontinue any operation of the appliance if the cord or plug are damaged.
- To disconnect the fan from an elec-trical outlet, ensure the product is turned off and then pull directly on the plug; do not pull on the Power Cord.
- Do not put any stress on the power cord where it connects to the product, as this is likely to cause a malfunction or safety hazard.
- Always ensure the product is un-plugged from the electrical outlet and that all parts have stopped before assembling, disassembling, relocat-ing, or cleaning it.
- Do not route the cord underneath any carpeting. Do not cover the cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar cover-ings. Do not route the cord under furniture or other appliances. Arrange the cord so it is away from areas where it could be tripped over.

WALL MOUNTING
There are holes at the base of this fan to allow for wall mounting.
WARNING : Before mounting the fan, ensure it is unplugged and set to “0”
or “OFF”
To mount the fan:
- Locate and mark the position on the wall where the fan will be mounted (prefera-bly at a wall stud).
- Insert a #8 (4*30) screw into the wall stud. This screw is not included but can be purchased at a hardware store.
- Leave approx. 5/8” (1.6cm) of the screw exposed.
- There are holes at the base of the fan. Line these up with the screws on the wall to secure the fan.

OPERATING THE FAN

Set the fan on a level and dry surface (unless it is mounted).

Make sure the speed control is at the OFF or 0 position. Plug the power cord into the socket.

To run the fan, rotate the knob to the desired speed:
Low (1), Medium (2), or High (3). -
Adjust the fan to the desired angle by moving the head up or down.

After turning the fan off, always be sure to unplug it from the electrical outlet.
CARE, CLEANING, AND MAINTENANCE
- Be sure the fan control is in the “0” or “OFF” position and that the fan is unplugged before cleaning.
- Access the fan blade by removing the front grill and the securing screw.
- Clean the fan blade, front and rear grills gently with a soft, moist cloth.
- Replace the blade. Tighten the securing screw and securely fasten the front grill.
- DO NOT immerse the fan in water. Never allow water to enter the Motor Housing.
- DO NOT use gasoline, paint thinner or other chemicals to clean the fan.
REPLACING THE FUSE
Before replacing the fuse, turn the fan off. Grasp the plug and remove it from the outlet device. Do not unplug the fan by pulling on the cord. With the fan unplugged, follow the steps in this diagram:
- A Open the fuse cover by sliding the access cover on top of the attachment plug to-wards the plug blades.
- B Remove the fuse carefully by gently pulling out the ends of the fuse from the recep-tacle. Replace the fuse only with 5 Amp, 125 Volt fuse.
- C Install the replacement fuse by first placing the end of the fuse into the fuse recep-tacle, which is opposite the blades of the plug, then carefully push in the other end. Only push against the metal end of the fuse, not the glass portion.
- D Close the fuse cover by sliding the cover back into the plug until it latches in place. Ensure it is completely closed.
Risk of fire: Replace the fuse only with 5 Amp, 125 Volt fuse. Do not re- place the plug that comes with your fan. It contains a safety device (the fuse) that should not be removed. Do not use this product if the plug is damaged.
Tips and Storage Instructions
The product should be packaged in its original box for storage. Place the fan in a stor-age room with low humidity.
If the fan is not running properly:
If your fan is plugged into a known, working outlet and the fuse is not the problem, you may need to return the product or have it serviced. Please return the fan to the place of the original purchase or see your warranty. Do not attempt to open the motor housing yourself. Doing so may void your warranty and cause damage to the fan or personal injury.

SIX MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY
Impecca® warrants this product against defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser as specified below. Please register your product online within fourteen (14) days of purchase.

PARTS – if the product is determined to have a
manufacturing defect, within a period of six (6) months from the date of the original purchase, Impecca® will repair or replace the product parts at no charge (for parts) to consumers in the U.S.A. and Canada. -
LABOR – if the product is determined to have a manufacturing defect, within a period of thirty (30) Days from the date of the original purchase, Impecca® will repair or replace the product at no charge to consumers in the U.S.A. and Canada. After thirty (30) Days, it will be the responsibility of the consumer.

Shipping costs to and from our warranty service center are the sole responsibility of the consumer. To obtain warranty service by an authorized Impecca® service center, please email us at: service@impecca.com to obtain a Repair and Maintenance Authorization (RMA) number and to center in its original product packaging materials or equivalent, to prevent damage while in transit.

Further, should Impecca® determine that the product is outside of the Warranty terms, Impecca® will return the product to sender at sender’s expense without being repaired or replaced, unless authorized by the consumer to service the out-of-warranty product at consumer’s expense. All handling or restocking charges for returns and/or replacements shall be non-refundable.

Impecca® specifically excludes from this warranty any non-electric/mechanical attachments, accessories, and disposable parts including, but not limited to, outside case, connecting cables, batteries, and AC adapters. Impecca® reserves the right to repair or replace defective products with the same, equivalent, or newer models.

We reserve the right to either repair or replace product at our discretion. Replacement may be either new or refurbished and while every endeavor will be made to ensure it is the same model, if same model is not available, it will be replaced with a model of equal or higher specification.

Normal “Wear and Tear” is not covered by this, or any other, warranty. Further, Impecca® hereby reserves the right to determine “Wear and Tear” on any and all products. Tampering or opening the product casing or shell will void this warranty in its entirety.

In addition, this warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, or misapplication; has been altered or modified without the written permission of Impecca®; has been serviced by a non-authorized repair center of Impecca®; has not been properly maintained or operated according to the operation manual; has been used for commercial, non-household purposes; has been cosmetically damaged; was not imported by Impecca®; was not manufactured according to specification of the United States market; was damaged due to improper installation or neglect by the consumer; was damaged due to improper packaging in shipment to the Warranty Service Center; was damaged due to natural disasters; or if the serial number for the product has been removed or defaced.
