MAIN FUNCTIONS

  1. Time(TIME)———- (0:00~99:59 hours/min)
  2. Stride(STRD) ——–(0~9999 times)
  3. Calories(CAL) ———(0.0~9999 kcal)
  4. Distance(DIST)——-(0.00~9999 km or Mile)
  5. Revolutions Per minute(RPM)— (0~9999times/min)
    After the data overflow of a single item, the data of the item will return to zero and the calculation will start again.
Keyboard functions

Mode: this key allows you to select and lock the specific objects you want.
Reset[Mode]: Long press the key to clear the data, but please do not exceed 6 seconds.
Kilometer mile unit switching: long press the mode key for more than 6 seconds, the screen will display twice, clear 0 in full screen, and convert the distance unit K or M characters. you can switch between km /Mile units

Function
  1. Scan: Cycle the display in sequence every 6 seconds. Time-Cal-Dist-Rpm-Scan
  2. Time: Measure the time from the beginning of movement to the end of movement. When movement stops, and return to zero after single item overflow. When there’s no signal input within 4 seconds, the time is suspended.
  3. Stride: Measure the number of times you exercise.
  4. Distance: Count the distance from exercise start to end. The measurement range is 0.00 ~ 9999. When it exceeds the maximum value, it will return to zero and start recalculation.
  5. Calories: Count the total calories from exercise start to end . The measurement range is 0.0~ 9999. When it exceeds the maximum value, it will return to zero and start recalculation.
  6. Revolutions per Minute: Measure the number of movements per minute from the current exercise frequency.

NOTE:

  1. When there is no signal, the LCD will turn off automatically within 4 ~ 5 minutes.
  2. When the monitor is in sleep mode, you need to press the mode key to wake up the monitor.
  3. If the display is not clear or there is no signal, please replace the battery. Make sure that the voltage of two new batteries is above 2.9v.
  4. Both the electronic watch (receiver) and transmitter use two AAA batteries. Alkaline batteries are recommended,
  5. This product adopts the design of power on automatic code matching. The transmitter and receiver can be powered on in sequence. If two or more transmitters transmit signals at the same time, you need to select one of them. When another group of electronic meters and transmitters are powered on again, they can become the second group. and so on..f there are multiple units to be assembled, it is recommended to connect them one by one before assembling the second unit.
  6. If the function of this product is interfered by other wireless devices, please re code it.
