Maintenance Advice
- Please keep the backpack dry at all times. If the backpack becomes wet or gets damp for a long time, it may cause deformation.
- Do not overload the backpack, otherwise, it may cause the surface to wrinkle, deform or crack.
- Never allow the backpack to be exposed directly to the sun for long periods, become too hot, be washed, loaded with sharp objects or to come into contact with any chemical solvents.
- Avoid exposing the metal parts to a humid or salty environment, otherwise, it may become oxidized leading to rust.
- Store the backpack in a dry and well-ventilated environment.
- Always use a cleaning brush or cotton cloth suitable for the different materials of the backpack to remove dust and dirt.
- Do not machine wash the backpack, otherwise, it may cause deformation as well as oxidation of the metal parts.

If any part of your PGYTECH product (only the Lifetime Warranty Products )
becomes non-functioning or defective, we will repair or replace it with a new
item.
Note on the “non-functioning or defective” part: The warranty does not cover
cosmetic wear that does not affect the safety or function of your product.
However, if something breaks due to a manufacturing defect through normal use,
don’t worry, we will rectify the issue immediately.
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and is applicable to the
original purchaser only. It cannot be extended to cover second-hand purchases
from unauthorized resellers.
All warranty claims should include a dated proof-of-purchase, anti-counterfeit
code, along with a description of the product sold. Items bought from
unauthorized resellers will not be covered under the warranty.

To ensure the quality of products, we put multiple prototypes through a
rigorous series of tests.
Shoulder Strap Test
6L:
Industry-standard: Stress test of 250 cycles with 1KG load.
PGYTECH-standard: Stress test of 500 cycles with SKG load.
10L:
Industry-standard: Stress test of 250 cycles with 2KG load.
PGYTECH-standard: Stress test of 500 cycles with 8KG load.
Zippers
Industry-standard: Stress test of 1 000 zipping cycles with an applied
force of 250N.
PGYTECH-standard: Stress test of 5000 zipping cycles with an applied force of
644 N.
Tumble Test
Industry-standard: 50 cycles in a large drum.
PGYTECH-standard: 50 cycles in a large drum.
Note: After various tests, ali raw materials and components meet the
luggage industry standards.
