PTH-8 air quality monitor is a CO2 meter that is equipped with an exact NDIR sensor for accurately measuring the CO2 concentration from 400PPM to 5000PPM in the air. Besides, you can place it anywhere due to the small and portable design, which means you can monitor the air quality in your room, baby room, office, or car anytime!

  Notice:
1. When the screen is off, the light indicator will be in the state of BLN control, and the user can wake up the backlight by pressing the button “B” briefly. 2. The Procedure of Manual Calibration Data: 1) Power off and then press A & B button at the same time for three seconds; 2) Put it in a ventilated place; 3) After counting down 200 seconds, the product will complete the calibration data automatically.

Steps for APP Connection:

1.  Scan the QR code, and download the “Tuya Smart” APP.
2. Double Click button “B” to search the signal.
3. After entering the app interface, register/log in to your account, click “HOME ” at the bottom. After switching to the tab, click “+ ” in the upper right corner.
4. After entering the search interface, click “Auto Scan” to scan and select the device to be searched, and then click “Next’:
5. Complete the above steps, you can start continuous detecting and intelligent operation.

Notice :

1.  Double Click button “B” of the product, and wait until “”on the screen of the product starts flashing, indicating that it has entered the networking mode.

2. If there are too many products displayed in the scan list or the PTH-8 devices cannot be found, you can click “Add manually” at the top, and then find the ‘Socket (WiFi)’ to the next step until the detector is connected.

3. During the process of connection, we need to ensure that the product and the mobile phone are in the same Wi-Fi environment
   (only for 2.4GHz Wi-FiNetwork),

4. The duration of Tuya cloud storage is 2 years

5. Once you connect the CO2 meter with your Tuya account successfully, the data will be updated every 10 mins. Besides, the CO2 value changes more than 1Oppm, temperature changes more 1 C.humidi-ty value changes more than 5%, the meter updates the latest value as well.

Notice:
This monitor can ONLY connect with one Tuya account, if your family would like to check the data, you can share the data via Tuya APR But your family MUST register Tuya account first.

 Battery Indicator

Warning: Please charge this CO2 detector with USB 2,0 and 5V 1A DC adapter.
Warning: The length of the USB cable cannot exceed 1 meter if you would like to use other chargers. Please use the qualified USB cable and DC 5V adapter!
In general, the battery can be charged fully within 4 to 6 hours. For any detailed battery status, please refer to the following table.

 LED and Emoji Indicator

(400-700 PPM),
Yellow| | CO2 value is within the qualified range,
BUT slightly high, under the alert status
(700-1500PPM).
Red| | CO2 value is excessive (>1500PPM),

**** When the CO2 value exceeds 1500 PPM, not only the led light turns red, but the buzzer also emits the sound like “Di-Di-Di…’!
