You have just purchased a Moncler product, thank you for your loyalty and welcome to the Moncler community!

TURNING THE LED SCREEN ON/OFF

  1. Press the MONCLER patch to switch on the screen.
  2. Battery pictogram appears, with loading level.
  3. “Moncler” appears and runs continuously until the product is switched off.
  4. Press the MONCLER patch to switch off.

BATTERY LOADING:

Connect the cable (provided in the packaging of your fragrance) on the micro USB-C port at the rear side of the product. [schematics] Use a power supply adapter to connect with electricity, or a power bank.

MESSAGE PERSONALISATION

Flash the code to download the MONCLER xxx app on your compatible mobile device and select Install. You can find the flash code on the label of your USB cable.
The app is also available directly on App Store and Google Play. The MONCLER xxx app is compatible with the following operating systems and software versions:

  • iOS xxx
  • Android xxx
  1. Turn the Bluetooth mode of your mobile device ON. [schema]
  2. Open the Moncler xxx app on your mobile device, select your language [French or English] and follow the instructions on the app tutorial to personalize your message.

Client has the chance to choose the wording he likes to be included as LED in the perfume bottle. The Client is the sole responsible of the content and meaning of the message, in each and every language he/she will select. He/she then acknowledges and undertakes to refrain from choosing expressions, wordings, pay off and alike that are identical to or confusingly similar with the trademarks or copyright of third parties and /or that are, in each and every Country and language, against the law, morality, religion of any kind, political and ethnical emotions and of racist content. More generally, the Clients shall refrain from adopting any content being against the public order and morality. Moncler and Interparfums shall not be held liable for any claims they may receive from third parties for messages chosen by the Clients in violation of what above.

[The app interface – currently in development – will be very user-friendly so as to enables the consumer to understand easily how to use the app, with a tutorial:

  • The MONCLER fragrance screen has to be switched ON [no need to activate Bluetooth on the fragrance, it stays permanently ON when the screen is switched ON]
  • The Bluetooth mode of the mobile device has to be switched ON.
  • In the app, select the fragrance bottle in the list, to pair it with the product.
  • When paired, the following symbol appears.
  • Go to the main menu to write your own message [all languages and characters allowed].
  • Press “SEND” so as to display the message on the LED screen of the fragrance.

Integration to the end product
The Transceiver Module, model DIAM-LED1236 FPC 2020 has to be installed and used in accordance with the technical description/installation instructions provided by the manufacturer.
The system may only be implemented in the configuration that was authorized. Note that any changes or modifications to this equipment not expressly approved by the manufacturer could void the user’s authority to operate this equipment.
The proposed FCC IC label format is to be placed on the module. If it is not visible when
the module is installed into the system, “Contains 2AYR6-2021TBD1236, Contains IC:
26905-2021TBD1236” shall be placed on the outside of final host system.

When use in mobile devices
This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment and meets the FCC radio frequency (RF) Exposure Guidelines. This equipment has very low levels of RF energy that is deemed to comply without maximum permissive exposure evaluation (MPE).
If other radio devices are to be integrated with this module, an additional evaluation and FCC/IC submission may be required. Integrators are responsible for such additional evaluation and FCC/IC submission.

Host manufacturer is responsible for compliance of the host system with module installed with all other applicable requirements.
This modular transmitter is approved as a “limited module,” due to no shield, when installed in host, , a permissive change (C4PC for ISED and C2PC for FCC) is required.

FCC Statement

This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:

  1. This device may not cause harmful interference, and
  2. This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

Any Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.

However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:

  • Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
  • Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
  • Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
  • Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

IC Caution

The device meets the exemption from the routine evaluation limits in section 2.5 of RSS 102 and compliance with RSS-102 RF exposure, users can obtain Canadian information on RF exposure
and compliance.
This device contains license-exempt transmitter(s)/receiver(s) that comply with Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada’s license-exempt RSS(s). Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
