- If water or sweat enters the product, parts inside the product may be damaged and may malfunction.
- Do not drop or give impact to the product. And keep the product away from the place of severe vibration or where a magnet exists.
- Do not put the product into a microwave oven or an oven.
- Take care of the infants, children, demented elderly, or pets not to swallow this product or related accessories. Swallowing the product may cause the danger of suffocation, respiratory difficulty, or sticking in the gullet. So immediately consult with a doctor in that case.
3. Possible Adverse Effects
- Ear-tip of the product may accelerate the accumulation of earwax.
- Skin irritation or other adverse effects may be rarely caused depending on the skin sensitivity of the user. In case of any adverse effect, immediately stop using the product and consult with a medical staff.
4. Requirements for Preventing Safety Accidents

Please use original parts supplied from us to safely protect the hearing of users. The guarantee will not cover any malfunction or safety accidents caused by using non-original parts.

You may experience temporary dizziness when you put on the product. In that case, stop driving or operating precision machinery and take some rest before putting it on again. If the dizziness continues, consult with a doctor.

In general, you need to keep the distance of a minimum of 15cm off the medical devices such as pacemakers or defibrillators, however, you first need to follow the instruction or recommendations of an expert.

Diagnostic radiology such as X-ray, CT, MRI and PET Scanning, etc. and electrotherapy
– As the product may be damaged if it is exposed to a strong magnetic field, it should be removed before X-ray, CT, MRI, PET Scanning, electrotherapy, and surgery. -
Chemical Product
– As the chemical products, such as cosmetics, hair spray, perfume, lotion, insecticide, etc., may damage Orangeaid, remove the product before using the chemical product, and put on it under dry condition. -
Interference
– This product may be interfered with by other wireless products or devices supporting wireless functions (e.g. mobile phone). If there occurs any interference, keep a longer distance off the device. -
Using in the Airplane
– As Bluetooth is built in this product, do not use it in the airplane except when the user is allowed. -
Do not keep this product in the place of much moisture, dust, or soot.

Do not disassemble, assemble or remodel this product arbitrarily.

Do not use the product in hot and humid places such as bathrooms and saunas.

Do not use the product in an environment of high temperature such as inside of a car under sunlight or near to a heating device.

The user needs to be well-informed of the precautions to use the product safely and as intended.

This product does not recover the hearing of the user to normal, nor prevent or improve hearing impairment caused due to damage to bodily tissue. It is recommended that the product should be regularly used as it takes time to adapt the user to the product. Please consult with an expert in case of unexpected operation or abnormal condition occurs with the product.

Using
• Before using the product, the user needs to put on it and make Fitting Setting on the dedicated Orangeaid App to fit the hearing condition of the user.
• Abuse of product may cause temporary or permanent hearing loss.
• Do not have another person use the product, as incorrect use of the product may cause adverse effects to the health.
• If there is any signal of health problem during the use of the product, immediately stop using the product and consult with an expert. -

– Please always take care in handling active implants.
Warranty and Product A/S
- Any trouble occurring during normal use of the product within warranty period will be repaired free of charge.
- Even if the trouble occurs within the warranty period, repair costs could be charged in the following cases.
Any malfunction or damage due to careless handling or incorrect way of using of the user(Dropping, Impact, Pressurizing, Dust, Mud, Sand, Flooding, Place of high temperature and high moisture and Severe cold, etc.) Any malfunction or damage due to arbitrary repair, remodeling, disassembly and incorrect way of cleaning, etc.
Any malfunction due to natural disasters such as fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, etc. Any malfunction or damage due to the use of non-original consumables or products.

Maintaining Orangeaid
- Turn off Orangeaid while you are not using it to save battery.
- It is important to clean and maintain the product periodically to extend product life and maximize the function
- Charge the product on the table or desk to protect the product against dropping and breakage due to inobservance during charging
- Wipe moisture or dust with a soft dry cloth on the product surface.
- Remove wax and powdery dust on the main parts of the product with the brush supplied together with the product.
- Always keep the product in the dry place
- Avoid keeping the product in too hot or high a place. (Recommended temperature 10-40’C)
- In case Orangeaid is not used for a long time, the battery may be naturally discharged. in that case, charge the battery again before using Orangeade
Caution
Regular replacement of ear-tip is recommended.
Ear wax and foreign substances falling into the device can Cause the failure
or degraded performance of the device. Keep the device clean regularly with
enclosed brush

Telephone call and music listening settings for a smart device could be made
on the smart device. The setup menu nary vary depending on the smart device
models ands/w version
6. Changing Orangeaid Name(Only Android)
Step 1. Run Android Setting
Step 2. Select Connect -Bluetooth
Step 3. Select Setting Button on YSH-C200
Step4. Change name to a desired one on Change Name menu
Step 5. Run the App again after changing the name to connect to the changed
name.
Caution
When you use more than one product, you need to give different names to the
products for product settings with no trouble
Caution
To use the ‘Searching Orangeaid’ function, keep GPS function and Orangeaid App
in a smart device being enabled.
Warning
If you operate Alarming, with the product being put on, your ear may get
damaged
5. Listening to Music
When the product is wireless-connected with a smart device, you may listen
to music from Orangeaid by playing music play software on the smart device.
While you are listening to music, the voice amplification function is turned
off.
3. Music Setting
Thie function may be used when the product and a smart device are connected
through Media Audio’ (Bluetooth). After music starts to play, you may change
the timbre on the lists by selecting Low Pitch Hardening, High Pitch
Hardening, Trot, and Song Please refer to [4. Liking with Smart Device] of
[Before using Orangeaid] for how to connect the product with a smart device
for Music Setting
4. Searching Orangeaid
Finally connected place is shown by periodically checking the connection
status between a smart device and Orangeaid Move to the place where you lost
the product referring to the map andpress icon to try connection.
When the product is connected, ‘Alarm’ button is activated. If you press the
button, Alarm window is shown Press. Yes,’, and alarm sounds and LED blinks
for 2–3 minutes on the product.
Tip.
Selecting the expert mode allows a more detailed fitting.
Mode change can be selected by entering Setting > Fitting Mode.
The number of channels applied according to the model is as follows. Orangeaid
Lite/Pro/Premium: 8/16/32 ch
Warning
The user must run an automatic setting the first time using. The default value
would be different according to the automatic setting value. An automatic
setting is recommended to be done in a calm place with no noise.
