Please confirm if the camera and its accessories are in good condition after opening the package.

Instruction

  1. Connect with power

    • Insert Power Line into Power interface which behind the camera. When the status indicator lamp turns green, shows the camera start working.
    • Please make sure your phone has connected to the available WiFi network.
    • Please make sure to hang up on the wall after finishing connecting the camera.
  2. Download the Botslab APP

    • Download the Botslab App from App Store or Google Play and install the App on your phone.
  3. Add Camera

    • Open Botslab APP, click the “register” button, and start registering an accout. If you already have an accout, login directly.

      Note: The issues mentioned below may cause the network disconnection problem, suggest to avoid those items.

    • During acoustic matching, please keep away from the noisy environments.

    • Please turn off MAC Address Filter function in WiFi router, otherwise, the camera may not be connected successfully.

    • Make sure the camera connect to 2.4GHz WiFi

    • The camera does temporally not support WPA/WPA2 enterprise-class WiFi, please select other options.

    • Suggest connecting nonbridging contact WiFi

    •  After adding successfully, start your discovery.

  4. Fixing the camera

    • Method 1: The camera can be used directly on a horizontal table.
    • Method 2: The camera base is magnetic, which can be adsorbed on the surface of iron-containing objects (such as refrigerator and iron window). Do not place it near the computer host or hard disk.
    • Method 3: The camera can be attached on the surface of smooth objects such as glass, tile, and wall coated with latex paint using the delivery-attached 3M double-sided tap.

In this mode, the picture is black and white and clearly visible within 7 m in the indoor environment. The internal filter is switched when night vision is turned on or off. The switching is accompanied by a slight “click” sound, which is normal. It will cause no light pollution, thereby protecting your eyes.

Low level of heat is a normal phenomenon during working status. Working temperature may ranges from O’C to45’C.

Announcements
In order to get a better night vision imaging results, please don’t put the camera in front of or close to the glass, white walls or other reflective objects, or you will see the picture bright in the vicinity and dark in the distance or white full of the screen.

Avoid to be blocked the view of camera, please put the camera in the right way when on the table (pie 1) or on the wall (pie 2)
