For charging, please remove the protective film from the earphone charging terminal

Charging cradle
- Insert the USB cable in the USB-C port and connect it to the power adapter to start charging.
- The charging cradle battery indicates 4 levels of charging.
Please charge the cradle periodically
Wireless charging
You can charge PE-M10 simply by placing the cradle on the wireless charging pad with out connecting the cable to the cradle.
Please place the cradle on the wireless charging pad and check if the cradle LED is on.
Wireless charging pad is not included.
Charging Earphones

Place the earphones in the cradle to start charging them automatically.

The LED indicates battery charge status. (Charging : The red LED Indicator on 2 your earphones turns on / Charging Completed : The LED Indicator on your earphones turns off)
Make sure that the earphone is properly in the fixing groove of the charging cradle and check if the earphone led IS ON.
Power On/Off

Opening the lid of the cradle turns on the earphones automatically

Closing the lid of the cradle turns off the earphones automatically.
Reset
Deleting pairing history
- Place L/R earphones in the cradle and open the cradle lid.
- Press the Reset button at the bottom for about 5 seconds. The LED on cradle will flash 10 times and delete pairing history.
Pairing and Connection
- Opening the cradle lid turns on the earphones 1 automatically, ready to proceed to pairing.
- Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone or Bluetooth-capable device.
- Select ‘PE-M10’ from the list of detected 3 devices to pair and connect automatically.
- The PE-M10 supports: Dual mode (Stereo) to use the left and right earphones together and Single mode (Mono) to use them separately.
- By using the PE-M10 in Single Mode, you can alternate between charging the left and right earphones for extended use. (Audio books, Podcasts, etc.)
- Since Single Mode uses only one earphone, you can stay aware of environmental sounds and use the device more safely when walking or riding bicycles.
- Remove both the left and right earphones from the charging cradle for use in Dual Mode, or only remove one earphone for use in Single mode.
- Placing one earphone in the charging cradle while in Dual mode does not disconnect the other earphone in use.
- After the initial pairing, opening the cradle lid automatically connects the earphones to the most recently connected device.
- Keep the product and a mobile phone within 1 meter when pairing. If passkey input is required, enter a password or a PIN No: 0000
Listening to Music- Making a Call and Volume Control
- Use the Volume Down function with the L earphone and Volume Up function with the R earphone. (In Single mode, only the functions on the earphone currently in use are available.)
- In Dual mode, the microphone of the earphone removed from the cradle first will be enabled. In Single Mode, each earphone will output sound with both microphones enabled for use.
- Use the L earphone to go to the previous track and the R earphone to go to the next track. (In Single mode, only the functions on the earphone currently in use are available.)
- Touch the sensor for 2 seconds to launch the voice recognition feature on your smartphone or tablet.
- Touch the sensor for 2 seconds to activate the ANC (Active Noise Canceling) function.
- When you touch the sensor for 2 seconds again while ANC is on, Transparency Mode will be activated.
- Touch the sensor for 2 seconds in Transparency Mode to deactivate the ANC function.

The terms and conditions of this Warranty(hereafter referred to as ‘Warranty”) are only valid in the countries that the COWON product (hereafter referred as “Product”) was originally purchased. As warranty service is only available from within the country where the products were originally purchased, you may be required to ship products, at your expense, to the authorized service center in the country where the products were purchased. COWON will repair or replace products if they fail to function properly during the warranty period, subject to any conditions and/or limitations stated herein.

Warranty Coverage
COWON warrants products and accessories against defects for a period of one year and three months respectively from the date of original purchase of COWON product (hereafter referred as “Product”). As warranty service is only available from within the country where the products were originally purchased, you may be required to ship products, at your expense, to the authorized service center in the country where the products were purchased. COWON will repair or replace products if they fail to function properly during the warranty period, subject to any conditions and/or limitations stated herein.
COWON warrants products and accessories against defects for a period of one year and three months respectively from the date of original purchase. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by COWON within the Warranty Period, at its option, COWON will repair or replace the product without charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. But the shipping expense may be required to be paid according to the region and the warranty service may take longer if service parts are not available.
Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not apply when failure is due to shipping damage, accident, alteration, modification, unauthorized service, misuse, abuse, use with incompatible accessories or attachments (such as third party’s service parts or accessories), failure to follow COWON’s operation, maintenance or repacking instructions, failure to use items supplied by COWON (such as adapters and cables), or claims made after the duration of this warranty, and failure with the serial number which is altered, defaced or removed, and natural calamity, force majeure, unforeseeable accidents and any other external factors beyond the control of COWON. COWON makes no other warranties, express, implied, or of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose for products.
Note : Before you deliver your product for warranty service, it is your responsibility to back up all data, including all software programs. COWON is not responsible for data that may be lost or damaged during transit or a repair.
