Introduction
Thank you very much for your purchase of wearable RFID EGM-XR3BTY. In order to
use this product safely and in the best condition at all times, please read
“safety precautions” and “operation method” carefully, and please understand
the contents well and use it correctly.
1.1. Precautions for use
This product consists of precise electronic components. Never disassemble it.
Performance can no longer be maintained, which can cause failure. If this
product should fail, please contact your dealer.
1.2. Package contents
Before using, please make sure that the following accessories are available.
If there is a shortage or damaged product, please contact the dealer you
purchased.

Accessories may differ depending on the product composition you purchased.
1.3. Warranty
The free warranty period for EGM-XR3BTY is 6 months from the date of purchase.
However, even during the period, you will be charged for careless handling and damage due to the storage environment. In addition, please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused as a result of the operation of this product.
1.4. Repair
Regardless of whether the warranty period is inside or outside, all product repairs will be brought to our service center. We also accept repair requests by transportation. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of repaired products. We will bear the shipping cost after the repair is completed. Please note that we cannot provide alternative machines during the repair period.

*For the green LED to light up, the power of the main unit must be turned on. When the power is off, charging is completed only by turning off the red LED and not turning on the green LED.
1.6. Battery
battery capacity is low, so please charge the battery as soon as it is
displayed. It can operate continuously for about 8 hours when fully charged.
It can be charged repeatedly about 500 times. If the usable time is shortened,
please consider replacing the battery.
× The battery of this product is a dedicated product.
Charging with a charger other than the specified one may cause damage to the
battery, charger, or other equipment, liquid leakage, heat generation, or
ignition.
For battery replacement and disposal of unnecessary batteries, check with the
store where you purchased the product.
If you do not know where to purchase the product, or if you have any problems
with the processing method, please contact us at the contact information at
the end of this manual.
1.7. About charging the battery
This unit has a built-in rechargeable battery.
Follow the procedure below to charge the built-in battery.
1)Plug the charger into an electrical outlet.
Please use a charger of DAV lA or less.
2)Connect the cable to the charging port.
3) The red LED lights up during charging. The charging time is about 3 hours.
4)During charging, the red LED turns off, and charging is complete. Do not
leave it as it is for a long time after charging is completed.
*Please note:
Be sure to disconnect the USB charging cable before using or transporting this
product Operation with the USB charging cable connected may cause the outlet
to malfunction. When connecting to the USB charging cable, do not force the
connection from an angle, but connect it straight
1.8. Precautions regarding charging
Be especially careful when using the terminal continuously for a long time
with the terminal connected to the charger.
If you operate the terminal for a long time while charging, the temperature of
the terminal, battery pack, or charger may become high.
If you notice any abnormalities such as deformation or scratches due to
dropping, never use it.
It may cause the battery pack to ignite, explode, overheat, or leak.
Please do not throw it away with ordinary garbage.
It may cause ignition or environmental destruction. If you no longer need the
battery pack, attach the tape to the terminals to insulate it, and then bring
it to the store or follow the instructions of the municipality that collects
it. If you do not know how to dispose of it, please contact the store where
you purchased it.
When unplugging the power plug from the outlet, hold the charger body and
unplug it.
Pulling and pulling out the cable may cause fire, burns, or electric shock.
If you do not use it for a long time, unplug the charger from the outlet.

Method of operation
2.1. Bluetooth connection
This product connects the main unit and the host side by a Bluetooth
connection request from the host side such as an application.
In sleep mode, when the power is turned off, the connection with the host side
is disconnected.
The host will reconnect by making a connection request again.
You can check if the main unit and the host side are connected by the icon at
the top of the liquid crystal display of the main unit.
2.2. Remote setting

Control from the host side is possible by enabling the remote setting.
2.3. RFID Tag reading
Reading of RFID tags is started by a command from the host side application.
“Reading” is displayed on the LCD screen when waiting for reading.
The position where the tag is held can be read at the RFID mark on the top of
the LCD.
