GETTING STARTED

1. Begin by plugging the power cable into the power cord slot of your mini pc.
2. Then. plug in your USB keyboard and mouse into the USB slots.
3. Next, turn on your monitor or TV and make sure that you have connected the HDMI cable tightly and selected the HDMI input. (wrong input Will cause NO Signal issue)
4. Finally, press the power button of your mini pc. This action will power up and boot your mini pc.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR WINDOWS IN INITIAL START

1. Select the languages and region.
2. Keyboard settings.
3. Accept the Windows license terms.
4. Creating user account.

FUNCTION INTRODUCTION

1. Support 2.4/5GhZ WiFl AC.
2. Support Bluetooth.
3. Support 4K HD resolution.
4. Support USB keyboard or mouse.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

*MINI PC power up and shows blue LED but no display on monitor or TV ?

1. Make sure HDMI cable from your mini pc to your monitor or TV is tightly connected.
2. Make sure your monitor or TV is selected the HDMI input.
3. Change another HDMI cable or Monitor.

If you have a 32GB version of MINI PC and no enough storage left for windows update ?

1. Add a Micro SD card for saving files and documents.
2. Regularly delete the software distribution folder in windows directory to keep updates size use down. This folder is used for updates for windows.
3. Uninstall any program or app that isn’t needed or used. Once done, there was enough space to update Windows.

*How to reset your MINI PC if you forget the user account password or want a factory reset ?(Please kindly know this action will clean all the datas and files from your PC and can not be restored)

• Step 1: Click the power button, then hold shift key and click on restart.
• Step 2: Select troubleshoot on this screen.
• Step 3: Select reset this pc.
• Step 4: Select remove everything.
• Step 5: Select just remove my files.
• Step 6: The whole process will take up to 30 minutes, please wait patiently.

*How to set automatically power on after power loss?

• Step 1: Power up your MINI PC and press “DEL” to enter BIOS.
• Step 2: Inside the BIOS menu, select the boot option to find a setting named “automatic power on” and enable this setting.

Do you have a mini pc model that support 2.5 Inch SSD/HDD but can not re- cognize the installed disk?

• Step 1: Make sure that the new disk you added has had the partition added otherwise Windows will not recognize the disk.
• Step 2: You can use the Windows Disk Manager or any partitioning software to do the job. Once partitioned you should be able to see it and format it appropriately.
