Steps to use on the phone

Step 1：Download “Suear” App

For IOS :
Download and install the App“Suear”from App Store.
For Android :
Download and install the App“Suear”from Google Play Store.
Optional :
Scan the QR Code below to download the App.

Android 4.4, iOS 9.0, and higher versions. Android system phones like Samsung S7, Galaxy S6 edge, Note 8, S8, S8+, S9+, S10, Google Pix-el,XL, Pixel 3, nexus 6p, Huawei Mate9, Mate 10, Mate 20 Pro, OnePlus etc.
IOS system phone like iPhone 6, 6s, 7, 7+, 8, 8+, X, XR, etc.

Notice : This model can’t work for computer systems!

Step 2： Connection steps

1. Long press the switch key to open the device, after  5 seconds, then step into the next operation.
2. 2 Open the “Suear” App, click the “Go to connect icon”, follow the pop-up prompt and click to con-nect now to jump to the mobile WIFI setting inter-face.
3. 3 Find “Suear-xxxx” on the WIFI setting interface and click to connect.
4. 4 After the mobile phone displays “Suear-xxxx” WIFI is connected, return to the App again and click the house icon to enter the device.

After connecting to the product WIFI connection, you will be asked some questions：
IOS: “Suear”would like to find and connect to devic-es on your local network. Suggestion: Click “OK”

• You can choose a tip which should be wipe by wet tissue or alcohol pad before use， if need, you can replace at will You should be carefully or slowly go into your ear canal, then tracking it from APP to get the environment of ear canal

Live image does not show after launching the app

| 1.  Make sure you connect the correct WIFI ID “Suear-XXXX”

2.  The question: This WLAN network has no Internet access. Connect anyway?Please be sure to choose the “Connect” If you choose “CANCEL” at the first time, you need to forget network of the“Suear-XXXX” WIFI on your phone then connect with this WIFI again, continue to open the app, and choose ”CONNECT” of this question so that it can work properly

3.  Enter your mobile device setting and allow the”Suear” app to access”W- LAN” or “WLAN & Cellular Data”

4.  Close the App and open it again

5.  Turn the mobile phone data on then off again
