Attention!

When transportingat sub-zero temperatures, keep Axicube One at room temperature for at least 3 hours.
Work with Axicube One in ambient temperatures of +5° to +35°C and humidity of no more than 95%.

Operating rules

Careless handling of the product is not allowed: falling, hitting, exposure to high humidity, improper use, etc.
Do not hold down the buttons for more than 15 seconds..

General information

To turn on the Axicube press for 0,5 s
When the Axicube is switched on, it goes back to the mode set before it was switched off.
When on, press for 0,5 s to find out the battery charge and the current mode.

Charge level in % — — Mode
To turn it off, press for 3 s.
Without pressing, the Axicube will turn off automatically in 5 minutes after it is turned on.
To change the operatingmode, press + for 0,5 s.

Modes

Axicube One has 4 operating modes for different tasks

Mode 1

Inclinometer 0 – 99:99°
The inclinometer mode is designed to measure the angle of inclination relative to the horizon. Works relative to side B.
Calibration:
Place the angle finder on a flat surface. Press and hold for 15 s. The display will start flashing. Release the display will show the symbol , place the angle finder against a stationary point, such as a wall, press wait for the symbol , turn the angle finder 180° to the support, press again.

Mode 2

Kadet/Blitz 0 – 99.9°
Inclinometer mode for work on sharpening systems like Blitz, Kadet and for
measurements between two planes. Works relative to side A.
To set the angle:

  1. Place the Axicube side A on the abrasive holder.
  2. Reset to zero. Press
  3. Place the Axicube side A on the angle finder stand.
  4. Set the required sharpening angle.

To find the angle:

  1. Place the Axicube side A on the abrasive holder.
  2. Reset to zero. Press
  3. Place the Axicube side A or side B on the abrasive holder.
    This way you can check the correct clamping of the knife, and determine whether the sharpening angle needs to be changed in certain areas.

Mode 3

TSPROF К01-К03 -99.9° – +99.9°
Inclinometer mode for work with K03 sharpening systems. Works relative to side B.
To find the angle:

  1. Place Axicube side B on the angle meter platform.
  2. Reset to zero. Press for
  3. Place Axicube base B on the abrasive holder.
  4. Set the required sharpening angle.

Mode 4

Angle finder 0 – 180.0°

Angle finder mode for domestic work, repair, construction and equipment adjustment. Helps to find the angle between two planes. Works in relation to side A.

To find the angle:

  1. Place Axicube side A on the Planeng.
  2. Reset to zero. Press for
  3. Find the angle by turning the angle finder to the left or right side.
  4. Note when setting to side B, the device displays symbols, which means «set to side A».

Charging

If the charge level is 10% or lower, the Axicube must be recharged. The charging time is ≈3-5 hours. Do not allow the device to be at 0% charge.

Troubleshooting

Issue Solution
ERR9 This error occurs in P3 mode when you try to reset it on a plane with a

large deviation from

the horizontal line. Turn Axicube off, press for 3 s., level the sharpening device and reset the

Axicube again.

The display shows| This error occurs in P3 mode when you try to reset the Axicube relative to point A. Use point B for resetting.
Large error in the measuring| Reset all calibrations.

Press ang hold + for 10 s.
