Pairing Instructions
Connecting to your devices
Power on
Method 1: Open the charging case and take the earbuds out. The earbuds
will power on and pair automatically.
Method 2: Press the function key for 5 seconds, the red and blue lights
will flash alternatively. Upon successful pairing, the lights will be off.
Pairing earphones
Turn on your device and open your Bluetooth to search, you will find “HC-EP06”
and click to connect.

Function operations

Play music: After your device is successfully connected, turn on your device music player. Press the function key once (music pause); Press again (continue to play music). Music will stop when there is an incoming call.

Answer phone call: The earphones and your device will have a synchronized ring tone when there is an incoming call. Press the function key slightly, the phone is connected; Press again, the phone is disconnected. Reject a call by pressing for 3 seconds.

Last callback: Triple press any function key to call back last phone call received.

Voice prompt: There is voice prompt for power on, power off and pairing.

Low battery warning: There will be a low-battery voice warning every 30 seconds when the battery is too low.

Siri function: Siri function will pop up by double click any earbuds.

Troubleshooting & Tips
One earbud is not working?
Simply put the both earbuds back in the charging case, pressing the button on
the case to activate the earbuds and take the one earbud or both out again,
the voice notification will state “power on” and “pairing”, the earbud or both
will sync again and connect.
Still not working? The power may not be on.
- Make sure the earbud or both are fully charged.
- Press the function key on the non-working earbud for 5 seconds, the voice notification will state “power on” and then “pairing”.
- The one earbud will then re-sync and connect to the device.
If desired, you can use just one earbud and leave the other one in the charging case.
To switch to another device, just turn off the Bluetooth setting on the current device which NORTH TOUCH TWO (HC-EP06) connected to, this will avoid re-connecting when trying to pair to your second device. Repeat the connecting step and connect to your second device. Thank you again for choosing North!
