Read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into operation and keep the instructions, the receipt and, if possible, the box with the internal packing. If you give this device to other people, please also pass on the operating instructions.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  1. The appliance is designed exclusively for private, domestic use and for the envisaged purpose. This appliance is not fit for commercial use.

  2. Do not use the appliance outdoors.

  3. Check that the voltage indicated on the appliance rating label corresponds to the voltage in the mains. The fuse must be 16A.

  4. CAUTION: Always plug the appliance into an outlet that is earthed. Risk of electric shock!

  5. The appliance is not intended for operation with an external timer or with a separate remote control system.

  6. Keep the appliance away from heat sources, direct sunlight, moisture (never immerse it in any liquid) and sharp edges.

  7. CAUTION: Do not use the appliance with wet hands. If the appliance is  wet, disconnect it immediately. Do not immerse the appliance in water.

  8. Before storing and cleaning the appliance, always disconnect the appliance from the power supply (remove by holding the plug and not pulling on the cord).

  9. Do not pull or stretch the cord to disconnect the appliance from the power supply.

  10. Make sure the power cord is easily accessible at all times,

  34. CAUTION: This is an additional heating device. Never leave the appliance unattended for several hours. Do not leave the house if the appliance is switched on.

  36. CAUTION: Do not cover or block the heat outputs or air intakes of the quartz heater.

  37. CAUTION: The air has a very high temperature! Please do not allow children to play unattended near the appliance.

  38. CAUTION: The appliance develops high temperatures during operation. Do not allow children to play unattended near the appliance. Risk of burns!

  39. Place the quartz heater on a flat, stable and heat-resistant surface.

  40. CAUTION: Under no circumstances is the appliance allowed to be used in areas where flammable materials are present or in use.

  41. Allow the appliance to cool down before storing it.

  42. CAUTION: Do not use the appliance in bathroom, swimming pool or in rooms with high humidity level.

  43. CAUTION: The protective grills are to prevent direct access to heating parts when the quartz heater is in use. Do not place objects inside the appliance. Danger of electric shock!

  44. Keep a distance of at least lm around all sides of the appliance in order to allow sufficient air circulation during appliance operation.

ASSEMBLY/ DISASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the heater and the feet of the appliance from the package.
  2. Place the heater upside down.
  3. Insert the protrusions of the feet into the sockets of the heater and press until they fit well and secure.
  4. Turn the quartz heater to an upright position.

FIRST USE OF QUARTZ HEATER

  1. Plug the appliance in a properly installed and grounded outlet.

  2. Select the high heating power mode by setting the thermostat to maximum.

  3. Select the high heating power mode by turning the heating selector switch to the following position

  4. Select the fan and humidifier function at the same time.

  5. Operate the quartz heater for 5-10 minutes.

  6. Switch off the appliance by turning the thermostat to the min. position and the heating selector rotary switch and the humidifier/ fan combination rotary selector switch in position “O”.

NOTE: During initial use and due to insulating materials on the heating tubes, odor and / or smoke may be caused. This is not a malfunctioning of the heater and stops after the initial heating of the heating tubes.
CAUTION: In case of any damage, please switch the quartz heater off immediately and disconnect the plug from the socket outlet. In the event of cable’s damage, please visit a qualified technician for repair or replacement.

NOTE:

  • Use only indoors.
  • Use near to door and window.
  • After use unplug the plug from the socket
USING THE APPLIANCE

THERMOSTAT
Adjust the room temperature by rotating the thermostat and selecting the temperature level from MIN to MAX.

HEATING COMBINATIONS

The quartz heater has 4 heating combinations. Turn on the appliance by rotating the heating combination rotary switch and selecting one of the following power modes:

  • Low power operation (position -1400W – operation of quartz heating tubes 1 and 2)
  • Low power operation (position -1400W – operation of quartz heating tubes 1 and 3)
  • Mid power operation (position -2100W – operation of quartz heating tubes 1,2 and 3)
  • High power operation (position -2800W – 4 quartz heating tubes are on)

Turn off the quartz heater by turning the heating combination rotary switch to the “0” position.
NOTE: When the desired room temperature is reached, the quartz heating lamp 1 remains on to maintain the temperature.

HUMIDIFIER/ FAN COMBINATION OPERATION
The quartz heater has a humidifier with a capacity of 0.25L for an ideal atmosphere and a fan for uniform heat dissipation.

Select the function of your choice by turning the rotary switch to one of the following positions:

  • -Humidifier operation only
  • – Fan operation only
  • – Simultaneous operation of the fan and the humidifier

CAUTION: Never use the humidifier without water in the water

SAFETY TIP-OVER SWITCH FOR AUTO – CUT OFF

Quartz heater is equipped with a special protection system, the tip-over switch, which if the quartz heater falls, it cuts the power immediately and the device does not work. This safety system eliminates the risk of fire in the case of fall, due to high temperature at the front metal frame.

CLEANING

  1. Always make sure that the appliance is unplugged before cleaning it.
  2. Do not pour water on or inside the quartz heater.
  3. Clean the appliance housing and control panel with a soft damp cloth.
  4. Do not use anything abrasive that can scratch or damage the appliance. Do  not use a wire brush or other abrasive utensils for cleaning.

STORAGE

  1. Always unplug the appliance before storing it.
  2. Always make sure that the appliance is cold, dry and clean before storing.
  3. Always store the appliance out of the reach of children.
  4. Always store the appliance in a safe and clean place. For the better protection of tappliance, he store it in its original packaging.
