- For the fastest and safest charge, use the adapters compliant with the Quick charge™ 3.0 Standard. Other adapters may not work well with this charger.
- Using an ultra-thick protective phone case or a case with magnetic/iron plate is not recommended as it may affect the wireless charging function.

- Q1: How to use this wireless charger?
- Step 1, Place the wireless charger on a horizontal plane, such as a desktop.
- Step 2, Connect the wireless charger with adaptor. (This product does not include an adaptor)
- Step 3, Adaptor connects to power source.
- Step 4, Place your phone vertically or horizontally on the wireless charger stand.
- Q2. Can it work with a phone case?
- Yes, it can work with the case in which thickness less than 5mm.
- Please remove the metal case or the case with a credit card or pop socket to ensure charger working.
- Q3. Why it charges slowly?
- First of all please ensure your phone supports wireless fast charging.
- Fast charging requires a QC3.0/2.0 adaptor, which not included in this product.
- Please check if there are metal objects on the back of your phone, which will affect the charging speed.
- Q4. Why it doesn’t work with my phone?
- First of all please ensure your phone supports wireless charging.
- If the thickness of your phone case over 5mm, it will interrupt charging your device. You could remove the case then charge again.
- There are interference on your phone, such as credit card, metal, liquid, and other insulators.
- Reboot your “cell phone” since your cell phone could be stuck because of software problem.
