INSTRUCTION MANUAL

BEFORE FIRST USE

  1. Read all the instructions carefully and keep them for future reference.
  2. Remove the appliance from its packaging. Keep away from children.
  3. Inspect the appliance after unpacking for any visual damage. In case of any damage, do not use the appliance and contact the shop that you bought it.
  4. Before using the appliance for the first time, check that the voltage shown on the appliance rating label corresponds to the voltage in the mains.
  5. Place the appliance on an even surface at a safe distance away from flammable objects. Keep out of the reach of children.
  6. Clean the cooking plates by wiping a sponge or cloth dampened in warm water.
  7. Dry with a cloth or paper towel.
  8. Do not immerse the unit and do not run water directly on the cooking surfaces.
  9. Preheat the appliance for some minutes with the plates opened.
  10. Unplug the appliance.

HOW TO USE

  1. Close the appliance and plug it into the wall outlet. You will notice that the ready light will come on, indicating that the toaster has begun preheating.
  2. It will take approximately 3 minutes to reach baking temperature, then the indicator light will turn off.
  3. Open the toaster, place the sandwich, meat or other foods on the bottom cooking plate.
  4. Close the appliance. The indicator light will turn on again.
  5. Let the sandwich to be cooked until the indicator light turns off again, or adjusting the time to suit your own individual taste.
  6. When finished cooking, use the heat resistant handle to open the top cover. Remove the food residue with the help of a plastic spatula. Never use metal tongs or a knife as these can cause damage to the non-stick coating of the cooking plates.
  7. Unplug the appliance and leave it open to cool.

CLEANING AND CARE

  1. Always unplug the toaster and allow it to cool before cleaning. The unit is easier to clean when slightly warm. There is no need to disassemble the appliance before cleaning.
  2. Never immerse the appliance into water or place in dishwasher.
  3. Wipe cooking plates with a soft to remove food residue. To remove persistent dry food residues, moisten it with a little warm water to soften it and then try to remove it with a cloth or kitchen paper. Then clean with a dry cloth or paper.
  4. Wipe the outside of the toaster with a damp cloth only. Do not clean the outside with any abrasive scouring pad or steel wool, as this will damage the finishing.
  5. Do not use anything abrasive that can scratch or damage the appliance. Do not use a wire brush or other abrasive utensils for cleaning.

STORAGE

  1. Always unplug the appliance before storing it.
  2. Always make sure that the appliance is cold, dry and clean before storing.
  3. Always store the appliance out of the reach of children.
  4. Always store the appliance in a safe and clean place. For the better protection of the appliance, store it in its original packaging.
  5. The power cord can be wrapped around the bottom of base for storing.
