  11. Only use attachments/accessories provided by the manufacturer.
  12. Use only with a cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or table specified by the manufacturer, or sold with the apparatus. When a cart is used, use caution when moving the cart/apparatus combination to avoid injury from tip-over.
  13. Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.
  14. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the apparatus has been damaged in any way, such as power-supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus, the apparatus has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.
  15. Never break off the ground pin. Write for our free booklet “Shock Hazard and Grounding.” Connect only to a power supply of the type marked on the unit adjacent to the power supply cord.
  16. If this product is to be mounted in an equipment rack, rear support should be provided.
  17. Note for UK only: If the colors of the wires in the mains lead of this unit do not correspond with the terminals in your plug‚ proceed as follows: a) The wire that is colored green and yellow must be connected to the terminal that is marked by the letter E‚ the earth symbol‚ colored green or colored green and yellow. b) The wire that is colored blue must be connected to the terminal that is marked with the letter N or the color black. c) The wire that is colored brown must be connected to the terminal that is marked with the letter L or the color red.
  18. This electrical apparatus should not be exposed to dripping or splashing and care should be taken not to place objects containing liquids, such as vases, upon the apparatus.
  19. The on/off switch in this unit does not break both sides of the primary mains. Hazardous energy can be present inside the chassis when the on/off switch is in the off position. The mains plug or appliance coupler is used as the disconnect device, the disconnect device shall remain readily operable.
  20. Exposure to extremely high noise levels may cause a permanent hearing loss. Individuals vary considerably in susceptibility to noise-induced hearing loss, but nearly everyone will lose some hearing if exposed to sufficiently intense noise for a sufficient time. The U.S. Government’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has specified the following permissible noise level exposures:

Description

The LN™1063 is a compact, powerful, lightweight and low-profile portable column array. Utilizing 500 watts of potential maximum power, the unit contains 6 2.75” custom drivers for the mid-high column and a custom 8” driver for the subwoofer. Completely self-contained, the unit has no visible cables in mono operation. Its clean design is well suited for applications where speakers should be heard and not seen. Coming in at 10lbs lighter than our nearest competitor, the LN1063 is extremely easy to carry: an entire PA system that can be moved by one person in one trip. The satellite speakers feature rugged housing and quick attachment design. The subwoofer is both durable and light-weight.
The onboard mixer features 2 combo inputs, each with the option of selecting a guitar input, making this the first column array designed specifically with the acoustic guitar performer in mind. Two additional media channels feature stereo 1/4” inputs and streaming audio Bluetooth in. Perfect for church, convention, DJ or club applications, the LN1063 offers the best-in-class feature-to-value and performance in the industry.

  1. Channel Reverb Control
    This knob controls the amount of reverb for the corresponding channel (channels 1-2).

  2. High EQ (treble) Control
    This is an active tone control (shelving type: +/-15dB) that varies the level of the high-frequency range.

  3. Low EQ (Bass) Control
    This is an active tone control (shelving type: +/-15dB) that varies the level of the low-frequency range.

  4. Channel Level
    This knob controls the level of the specific channels audio in the mix.

  5. Bluetooth/Aux Input Switch
    This switch selects the audio source for channel 5/6. Push to the left to route the Bluetooth signal to the channel. Push to the right to route the Aux input from the 3.5mm Stereo Jack (12) to the channel.

  6. Pair Button/LED
    This button is used to pair a phone or Bluetooth source to the speaker. The LED will indicate if it is in discovery mode (blinking) or paired to a Bluetooth source (solid). Pushing the button turns on the Bluetooth and places the speaker in discovery mode (blinking LED). Now you should be able to connect any Bluetooth audio source to the speaker.   7. Master Level
    Use to control the overall volume of the speaker system.

  8. Power/Limit LED
    The Power/Limit LED will illuminate blue when there is power applied to the speaker and the power switch (14) is in the “on” position. It will turn RED when the system has reached its maximum outputPeavey Electronics LN1063

  9. XLR Mic Input (Ch 1 &2)
    Use this XLR connector to connect a microphone to the LN1063 mixer.

  10. Input Select Switch (Ch 1 &2)
    The Power/Limit LED will illuminate blue when there is power applied to the speaker and the power switch (14) is in the “on” position. It will turn RED when the system has reached its maximum output.

  11. 1/4″ Stereo Inputs (Ch 3 &4)
    – Channels 3 and 4 are a stereo pair of 1/4″ jacks (TRS) that can be used for a stereo or mono line level source. If only one jack (L/Mono) is used, it behaves as a mono source. Once both jacks are connected, it becomes a stereo source; 3 is Left and 4 is Right.

  12. 3.5mm Stereo Inputs (Ch 5 &6)
    Channels 5 and 6 is a stereo 3.5mm jack that can accept a stereo line input from the output of an MP3 player,
    phone or other similar device.

  13. XLR Line Output
    This is a non-powered XLR output at line level that can be used to link systems together or feed additional speakers.

  14. Power Switch
    The power switch is used to turn the speaker on and off

  15. Fuse
    This is the main safety fuse for the AC line voltage. Only replace with a fuse of the exact type and rating. If the fuse continues to fail, do not replace the fuse again. Take the unit to an authorized Peavey service center.

  16. AC Power Inlet
    This is the receptacle for an IEC line cord, which provides AC power to the unit. Connect the line cord to this connector to provide power to the unit. Damage to the equipment may result if improper line voltage is used. (See line voltage marking on unit).
