Getting Started
4.1 Main Unit:
- Open main unit battery compartment cover [C1]
- Insert 2 x AAA batteries observing polarity [“ +” and “ –“ marks]
- Replace the main unit battery compartment cover [C1]
- Use a pin to press the RESET [B4] button on the rear of the main unit, the main unit is now ready for use
4.2 Outdoor Thermo Sensor
- The batteries compartment (D5) of the sensor is located behind the back cover, unscrews the battery’s cover to open it.
- Insert 2 x AAA batteries observing polarity [ “+” and “–“ marks]
Installation
5.1 Main Unit
Place the main unit onto a flat surface (C3).
5.2 Outdoor Thermo sensor
The remote sensor should be securely mounted onto a horizontal surface.
Note: Transmissions between receiver and transmitter can reach up to 30m
in an open area.
Open Area: there are no interfering obstacles such as buildings, trees,
vehicles, high voltage lines, etc.

6.1 RF Transmission Procedure:
- The main unit automatically starts receiving a transmission from the outdoor thermal sensor for outdoor temperature after the batteries are inserted.
- The thermo-sensor unit will automatically transmit temperature signals to the main unit after the batteries are inserted.
- For having more than one external transmitter (Maximum3), select the Channel, CH1, CH2, or CH3 to ensure each sensor is transmitting a different channel before inserting batteries. The channel select switch (D3) is at the back of the thermal sensor.
- Press the “TX “button (D4) on the thermal sensor unit to transmit the temperature signal to the weather station manually. The weather station gives a “beep” sound if it received the temperature.
Note: Buttons (except the “Light” button (B1)) will not function while
scanning for the thermal sensor’s signal unless they are well received or
stopped manually.
6.2 Temperature:

Temperature— Channel Selection
• Press the “CHANNEL” button (B8) and select to view the Indoor temperature and 3 Outdoor Channel temperatures. The sequence is shown as follows:• When viewing outdoor temperature, hold the “CHANNEL” button (B8) for 3 seconds to remove a channel manually. It will automatically register a new channel again if a new channel is received. If there is no temperature displayed in the existing channel (“- – . –“is displayed on the LCD), hold the “CHANNEL” button (B8) for 3 seconds to cancel that channel and receive the channel again.

Temperature Trend
• The trend pointer (A4) displayed on the LCD indicates the trend of the temperature for the current channel (Indoor, Outdoor CH1, CH2, and CH3).

3. Celsius/Fahrenheit
• Press the “°C /°F” button (B7) to select Indoor/Outdoor Temperature in
Celsius mode or Fahrenheit mode.
• If the temperature is out of the measurable range, LL.L (beyond the minimum
temperature) or HH.H (beyond the maximum temperature) will be shown on the
LCD.
- Maximum / Minimum Temperature Recording Function:
• Press the “MAX/MIN” button (B5) to see the maximum or minimum of IN/OUTDOOR temperature.
“ MAX ” is shown on the LCD means the temperature shown is the recorded max. temperature.
“ MIN ” is shown on the LCD means the temperature shown is the recorded min. temperature.
• Hold the “MAX/MIN” button (B5) for 3 seconds to clear the recorded maximum and minimum reading.
Time and Alarm Setting
7.1 Manual Time Setting:
- Press the “MODE/SET” button to select to view
- When viewing the time, hold the “MODE/SET” button (B2) for 3 seconds to enter Clock/Calendar setting mode.
- Press “the ▲” (B6) or “▼” (B7) button to adjust the setting and press the “MODE/SET” button (B2) button to confirm each setting.
- The setting sequence is shown as follows: Hour, Minute, Year, Month/Day sequence, Month, Day, and Time Zone.
Note:
- For Time Zone: If you receive no RC-DCF frequency signal, the time zone should be set to 0. Time Zone is used in countries which can receive the DCF frequency signal but the time zone is different from German Time ( i.e. GMT+1).
- The Time Setting Mode will automatically exit in 15 seconds without any adjustment.
7.2 12/24 Hour Display mode:
Press the “(12/24)” button (B6) to select 12 or 24 hours mode.
7.3 Snooze Alarm Clock Function:
- Press the “ ALARM” button (B3) once see the alarm time (“AL” shown on the LCD):
- Press “Alarm” twice, to turn ON/OFF the alarm function. When the alarm is on, shown on the LCD.
- When viewing alarm time, hold the “ALARM” button (B3) for 3 seconds to enter the Alarm Time setting. Press “the ▲” (B6) or “ ▼ ” (B7) button to adjust the alarm time, and press the “ALARM” button (B3) to confirm the setting.
- When alarming, press the “SNOOZE/LIGHT” (B1) button to activate the snooze alarm. “ ” flash on the LCD. The alarm will snooze for 5 minutes, then it alarms again. This snooze function can be enabled for a maximum of 7 times.
- Except “SNOOZE/LIGHT” (B1) button, press any button to stop the snooze alarm.
Low batteries indication:
The low battery icon “ ” will appear at a particular channel indicating that thermo sensor unit of the channel is in low battery status. The batteries should be replaced.
Projection & Backlight
- Press the “SNOOZE/LIGHT” (B1) button and the projection and backlight shine for around 20 seconds.
- When the DC adaptor plugin, pushes the “PROJECTION ON/STANDBY” (B9) slide switch to “ON”, the projection and backlight will turn on and not auto off. Push the switch to “STANDBY”, and press the “SNOOZE/LIGHT” (B1) button to turn on the backlight and projection for around 20 seconds.
Precautions
- Use a pin to press the reset button (B4) if the Unit does not work properly.
- All Setting Modes will automatically exit in 15 seconds without any adjustment.
- Avoid placing the clock near interference sources/metal frames such as computers or TV sets.
- Do not expose it to direct sunlight, heavy heat, cold, high humidity, or wet areas
- The outdoor sensor must not be set up and installed underwater. Set it up away from direct sunlight and Rain
- Never clean the device using abrasive or corrosive materials or products. Abrasive cleaning agents may scratch plastic parts and corrode electronic circuits
