Get to know your doorbell
Charge your doorbell battery
First, fully charge your doorbell battery. Plug it into the power source with provided USB cable and adapter (not included).
Plug the chime directly into the power outlet.
Download blurams App
Download the blurams App by searching “blurams” in the App Store or Google
Play. Alternatively, you can open your smartphone doorbell and scan the
blurams App QR code below to install the App.
Add your doorbell into the App
Open the blurams App, sign up for a free blurams account and log in. Go to the home page and Click the “+” icon on the top right corner, select your doorbell.
Please follow the instruction on the App interface to add your doorbell.
FAQs
Why can’t I connect to the network?
- Make sure the doorbell is On and the red light is Flashing;
- Keep your smartphone and the doorbell connected to the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (5GHz network is not currently supported);
- Keep the doorbell, phone, and Wi-Fi Router as close as possible during pairing.
Why the captured video Is black and white?
- Position the doorbell in a well-lit environment during the daytime
- Check in’Preferences’if the night vision is ON
- Restart the doorbell
- If you continue to see black and white or other abnormal colors after trying all of the above, please contact the support team for help.
Why is my live video upside down?
- In the blurams app, go to the device’s Preferences and cap’Rotate 180″‘.
Why can’t the doorbell be turned on?
- Please make sure the doorbell battery is fully charged

Do not use the camera in any extreme weather environments such as extremely high or low temperatures, or direct strong sunlight or heavy rain for long periods of time.
The suitable temperature for the product and accessories is -1 O’C to 50°C
