Notice: Read this manual carefully and make sure you understand the provided instructions. For normal operation, please use it in connection with the equipment designated by CUE Korea.
Safety instruction and Precautions
- In order to reduce the temperature detection error, please avoid product placement in the following areas.
- outdoors or at a distance of more than 3 meters from the exit
- An area exposed to direct sunlight, or in an area close to vehicle stops.
- Area around air conditioning and hot air vents
- Areas around passageways that are frequently opened and closed
- Areas with high humidity or frequent splashing of liquids
- For accurate facial recognition, avoid installation in the following areas
- Areas with strong lighting and rays
- Area with blackout curtains
- Around a poster with an image of a person printed on it
- Near devices that frequently display images of people, such as billboards, and TVs
- Precautions when measuring temperature
- Recommended measuring distance: 2-4m
- Face recognition is accurate when you look at the front of the camera. Accurate face recognition is not possible from the side.
- It is recommended to avoid frequent movement after device placement. Changing or
disassembling the camera angle may affect the normal operation of the device.
Debugging is required when changing the monitoring location, so please contact the CS center.
