Notes:
Before wiring, please make sure all the power supply is cut off.Only passive
speaker (8ohm) can work with this device.
Plug off the green connectors, unscrew the small screws on connector and insert the cable, then screw tight to lock the wire in. Plug on the connector back on device. Power line connection: L-Live wire (black color), N-Neutral wire (white color). Speaker cable & Audio cable connection: L+&L- is for one speaker, R+&R- is for one speaker.
Installation
Cable Connection
All the green connectors can take away from device for cable pre-
connection. Plug off the connectors from device and prepare all the cables
with bare end. Loosen the screw of the connectors and insert the cable in and
screw tight. Then plug the connector back.

Power line
Before you connect the power cable, please make sure the power is cut off. L-Live wire (black color),N-Neutral wire (white color).POWER LIN E: 14 -24AWG -
Speaker cable
L+,L- is for one speaker for L channel. R+,R- is for one speaker for R channel. SPEAKER OUTl is for zonel SPEAKER OUT2 is for zone2 SPEAKER CABLE: 16-28AWG -
Audio Input/Audio Output
Cable wires is for Land R Shielding part is for G( GND). SIG NAL CABLE: 16-28AWG Active Subwoofer
Install the device

Embed the back box in wall. Pre-wire all the cables going through the back box and wait for connection.

Fix the metal bracket on back box with 4 screws.
Notes : The 2 small ears are at bottom for locking. -
Plug on all the cable on device and put the amplifier on wall bracket and slide down. Make sure the amplifier locked in.
Quick Setup
After the device is well installed, we suggest you to keep a microSD card (with your preferred songs) in device all the time.
ON/OFF the device
Turning your device on: Long press the on/off button about 5 seconas. The
screen will light up, you will see the welcome page. Turning your device off:
Long press the on/off button until you see the notification to power off.
Force shut down the device: Press and hold the on/off button for about 7
seconds, the device will be forced to shut down.
Set Time &Date
Home Screen- System Setting-Time &Date. If choose auto setup, it will
synchronize with internet time.
Connect to WIFI
Home Screen- System Setting- WIFI This is the quick connection to available
WIFI. If you need to forget or do more WI Fl setting, you need to set in
Settings (More apps-Settings-Wireless& networks-WI Fl)
Set the Bluetooth of device
Home Screen- System SettingBluetooth Enable/disable the bluetooth audio
function. You can modify Bluetooth name and password. Name and password should
be less than 8 digits.)
Main Functions
Home Screen
The home screen is the starting point for using your device.
Pre-installed APPs
- Apkinstaller: install or manage android application in device, Micro USB or Micro SD card.
- Downloads: Files,apk and other items you download from browser,etc.
- Explorer: Display all the files in device, Micro SD card, Micro USB.
- Play Store: Google play store that you can download applications.
- Setting: Configure android system to your preferences.
- Multi-Room: Control devices in LAN
Music Player
How to play different or same music for 2 zones
Step 1: Select Zone
SYNC.: Make 2 zones synchronize to play same music. Default audio source of zone 1. Click SYNC. again to release so that you can choose zone 1 or zone 2 to play with different audio source.
Step2: Select Audio Source
For each zone, it can only play with one audio source.
- Local: Songs saved in device, MicroUSB, MicroSD card.
- BT: Songs from phone/pad that paired with device.(set Bluetooth name and password in system setting)
- AUX IN: Songs from other device connect to audio input of X8.
- OPT IN: Songs from other device connect to optical in of X8.
Step3: Select songs from MUSIC LIBRARY
All the songs saved in device, microUSB and microSD card will be listed in music library. You can choose song to play.
How to adjust volume and EQ for 2 zones
Click to adjust volume for 2 zones or all the zones. Adjusting volume could change the volume for both 2zones.But whe n you adjust zone 1/zone2 volume, it will not change the main volume.

Functions-Auto Play/Stop
Click or to add or delete the set time play/stop. Click to enable or
disable the time setting.
Function-Zone Control
Click to modify zone name for 2 zones. The name must be less than 16di gits.
(You may not see the full name if it’s too long) Click to enable/disable
synchronization of 2 zones.
System Setting- Display
Set brightness of screen, screensaver and font size of device.
System Setting- HDMI
When you have HDMI output to TV, the function will be on automatically. You
can turn off if you don’t use HOM I output.
Multi-Room
When you have 2 or more X8 installed and connect them to same WIFI. You can
use the function to control rest devices.
- Example: There are 2 XS connecting to your home WIFI router. Device at handA, Device in LAN–B
- Remote: Play contents (song, picture, and video) from Bat B.
- Local: Play contents (song, picture, and video) from Bat A.
- Send: Play contents (song, picture, and video) from A at B.
- Upload: Copy and send contents (song, picture, video) from A to B.
- Other function: Play/ pause/ volume up / volume down/ previous/ next for A or B.
