OVERVIEW

SECURITY AT HOME & BEYOND

QUICK SETUP

1. DOWNLOAD THE APP
   Scan the QR Code on the right, or search Helio Pro in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Create an account in the app, or login if you already have one.

2. CHARGE AND POWER ON
   Please charge the camera first with the included USB-C charging cable.
   The camera will automatically go into Bluetooth connection mode when powering on, with a beep and blue flash of the indicator.
   Please add it within the next 5 minutes, or it will enter battery saving mode (You can turn off and turn on the camera again to restart).

3. ADD THE CAMERA
   Open the Helio Pro app and scan the QR code on the bottom of the camera. If you have already added other devices to the app, tap ADD ACCESSORY on the settings page.
   The app will list devices scanned by Bluetooth. Click to connect, the camera will beep and the indicator will switch to blue solid.

4. CONNECT TO WI-FI
   Select the Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz) network you want connect the camera to and enter your Wi-Fi password. After successfully configuring the network, the camera will beep and the indicator light will go out.

5. PLACE THE CAMERA

   • You can use the live view interface in the app to fine-tune the view of the camera in real-time.

   • To ensure motion detection is effective, the target area needs to be within the infrared sensing range.
     

   • Desktop Placement

   1. Place the magnetic ball mount on a table, shelf or any other flat surface and attach the camera on top of it, using its bottom base.
      

   2. Rotate the camera to adjust the viewing angle.

   • Wall Mounting

   1. Remove the ball mount’s upper cover to access its screw holes.

   2. Mark the holes location on the wall.

   3. Drill the holes, insert the includes anchors and fix the mount to the wall as shown.

   4. Attach the camera to the mount using its back-side base.

Setup Completed!

APP FUNCTIONS

Customize the homepage: Swipe up and tap EDIT on the top of the floating layer.
Shown here is the Cameras-Only Mode. You can also use it with the Helio Pro Smart Security System for full protection of your home.

LIVE VIEW

Collapse/Expand secondary toolbars. Tap to take a screenshot.
Sound on/off.
Enable two-way audio.
Switch the IR night vision/Color night vision.
Switch the HD/SD display of live streams.

HOW DOES MOTION DETECTION WORK?

PIR Detection
It triggered by objects with a heat source such as humans, animals, cars, even hot/cold air. With AI detection, humans can identified.
The camera generates 15s of video per trigger and can be re-triggered after a 10s cooldown.

Records & Notifications
Consecutive triggers only generate one App push to avoid frequent disturbances.
With human-only accuracy, human figures may not appear in the following videos.

HOW TO RESET THE CAMERA?

Reset on the Camera

Open the cap at the bottom of the device and hold the RESET BUTTON for 5 seconds until you hear a beep.
After resetting, all data will be deleted and the camera will reboot, allowing you to add it as new.

You can customise detection accuracy to filter invalid alarms such as vehicles, animals, trees, rain&snow, etc.

IR-Cut/Color Night

At night with low light, the camera will use Color Night mode. When the light is very weak, it can switch to IR-Cut, the visible distance is 10 meters.

Real Two-way Audio

In the App live monitoring view, you can click the button to start two-way audio. Click the button again to exit.

Global Servers

Global overseas servers ensure that users can easily watch real-time live broadcasts or video playback anytime, anywhere on their mobile phones.

Cloud Backup

You can choose the Cloud Storage service in the App according to your own needs to avoid the loss of video files due to the theft or destruction.

Military-grade encryption

Military-grade encryption is used for live streaming and video storage, and only accounts with user rights can decrypt videos.

IP65 Waterproof

It can prevent dust particles from entering the product gap; It can prevent any direction of strong water spray, but can not be soaked in water.

Solar Charging Support
The product supports 5.5V MAX solar panels. In addition to the regular Type-C charging, it can also be charged by solar energy to extend the battery life.
Ultra-long Standby
After fully charged, the battery is expected to last six months.
