EMV contactless symbol is printed on the back of the device.

POWER CHARGING
The device uses a built-in lithium battery. When charging, the red charging status light is always on. When the battery is fully charged, the red charging status light starts to flash. The capacity is 250mAh and the single charge time is 2 to 3 hours.

POWER ON/OFF
Press the power button for one second to turn on the device and the self- check information of the device will be displayed during this time. The device can only be used after the main window appears on the screen.
If there is no operation for 30 seconds, the device will enter sleep mode and could waken up by tapping the power button or issuing transaction commands by the mobile client. The device will automatically shut down after no operation for 30 minutes.

IMPORTANT

  1. Please check the network connection status before opening the mobile client.
  2. When using a magnetic stripe card, please swipe the card at a constant speed and stability.
  3. When using an IC card, please do not pull out the card during the transaction otherwise the transaction will fail.
  4. Do not use the device in moist, extremely cold, or hot environments.
  5. Please turn off the device before cleaning and use a dry cloth to clean the device.
  6. If any abnormality occurs, please hand the device to authorized professionals in time and do not maintain the device by yourself

TRANSACTION

The cashier needs to verify the card account after swiping the card. After the verification is correct. the cardholder confirms the amount and then enters the password for the transaction. WARRANTY  & STATEMENTS

Dear customer
Within one year from the date of purchase, if the product has quality problems during normal use within the scope of specification and operation manual of this device, the company will provide free maintenance based on this warranty card and the purchase invoice.
The Company does not assume responsibilities for the following actions:

  • Problems caused by use and maintenance without complying with the conditions specified in this guide;
  • Problems caused by repair, modification, and disassembly by unauthorized personnel;
  • Problems caused by accidents caused by the user’s own transportation, such as falling, collision, shock, and water ingress;
  • Problems caused by improper voltage, environmental pollution, and natural disasters such as fire, earthquake, flood, thunder, and lightning;
  • Problems caused by improper maintenance and storage such as placing the device in an extremely hot, high humidity, toxic or corrosive environment;
  • This warranty card is not presented with the purchase invoice and the device together, or the warranty card is inconsistent with the device serial number;
  • The information on the warranty card has been changed, such as the date of purchase, the name of the seller, and the machine serial number;
  • The device is not purchased from authorized distributors.
