The warranty is fully applicable against any defect arising out of defective material or faulty workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

The warranty will not be applicable in the following cases:

  1. If the product is not used according to the directions given in the warranty card.
  2. If defects are caused by damage in transit, mishandling, tampering, misuse or unauthorized repair.
  3. Then push the relevant knob and turn it in clockwise or anti-clockwise direction.
  4. If the repair is carried out by any person other than the one duly authorised by the comp.
  5. The decision of the company regarding the nature of fault/defect for exercising of this warranty shall be final and binding.
  6. Glass breakage if it is not covered under warranty standard.

For availing this warranty, kindly retain your copy of the warranty card duly signed and stamped by your dealer.

KEY POINTS

  1. Lifelong L.P. Gas Stove is simple & safe to use. Turn the gas stove upside down & fit the rubber grommets into place.
  2. Connect the gas stove to the gas cylinder by fitting the free end of the rubber tube to the inlet connecting nozzle. The rubber tubing should be laid in such a manner so as to avoid sharp bends.
  3. While putting off the burner first turn stove knob to the OFF position & then close the regulating valve provided with the cylinder.
  4. Three burners auto-ignition is provided with a Piezo ignition system. For lighting the burner, press the operating knob fully and turn to the “ON” position the burner will light automatically.
  5. The auto spark model is provided with a multi-spark ignition system. For lighting the burner, press the multi-spark ignition system. For lighting the burner, press the operating knob fully and turn it to the “ON” position. Simultaneously, press the Auto spark switch. The burner will light automatically.
  6. In both the above models ensure the gap between the electrode tip and stove burner is less than 4mm, also ensure that the spark is directed at the burner hob, if required, adjust the electrode tip closer to the burner knob, to reduce gap.
  7. Always keep the ceramic and electrode tip dry. In case of spillage, wipe with cloth.
  8.  The cylinder should not be tilted horizontally while in use.
  9. Take care of to avoid spillage while cooking as this may result in extinguishing the flame and clogging of burner hole.
  10. Before removing any dish from the burner, switch OFF the appropriate knob.
  11. Do not try to dismantle or repair the gas valves or burner nozzles as the same may not be replaced properly due to damaging of threads or lack of proper tools or training
  12. In case of any difficulty regarding the operation, please contact your gas dealer for necessary action.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE

  • The LP Gas Stove is simple & safe to use. Begin by placing the gas stove on a horizontal working table.
  • Connect the gas stove to the gas cylinder by fitting the free end of the rubber tube to the inlet connection nozzle. The rubber tube should be laid in such a manner so as to avoid sharp bends.
  • While lightning the burner, first open the gas-regulating valve on the cylinder. Then, push the relevant knob and turn it in the clockwise / anti-clockwise (as per model specification) direction to the ‘ON’ position.
  • While putting off the burner, first close the regulating valve that is provided with the gas cylinder, and then tum the stove knob to the ‘OFF’ position.
  • In case the auto-ignition is not working for some reason, the LPG Gas Stove can light through a matchstick or a lighter with proper care.

IMPORTANT CARE AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Use liquefied Petroleum Gas at 2.942 Kn/M2 (30 Gf/Cm2).
  • Ensure there are no inflammable substances kept near the cook top.
  • Use the cook top for cooking purpose only.
  • For the hose / tube, use a quality rubber hose only, suitable for use with an LPG stove.

Do not use a plastic vinyl hose as it may be inflammable. The rubber hose should not touch any part of the cook top or be kept underneath it

  • Switch off the fans in the kitchen when the cooktop is in use.
  • Make sure the rooms/kitchen where the Cooktop is placed are ventilated. It is not advisable to use the cooktop for long periods in a small room or in closed spaces without proper ventilation.
  • While in use & immediately after use, do not touch the pan supports as they get very hot.
  • For better & longer service, keep your cook top clean at all times. The pan support & tray (according to model) can be removed for cleaning purposes.
  • Never attempt to dismantle or repair the cook top on your own, In case of any difficulty or problem contact your gas dealer or contact our customer care executive to have it addressed.

GAS LEAK

  • If a gas leak is felt through a gas smell or otherwise, immediately close the main gas valve of the cylinder & any of the burners if they are already in ‘ON’ position on the cook top.
  • Open up all windows and call your gas supply agent/gas dealer customer care center immediately.
  • Do not switch ‘ON’ or ‘OFF’ any electric point or light a match stick or use a lighter when a gas leak is detected/suspected

Note: Product is compatible with LPG only. For conversion to PNG compatibility. Please contact Brand Authorised Service Partner. The conversion will be a paid service. Warranty void if customer goes for self-intervention.

Terms and Conditions

  1. This warranty is void if
    • The completely filled warranty card is not presented at the time of servicing the product.
    • The product is not operated according to the instructions given under the user manual.
    • Damages are caused by lightning, abnormal voltage, water or another liquid intrusion, fire, flood, accident, negligence or improper handling.
    • Product has been damaged due to installation, repairs, alterations or modifications by unauthorized service organizations or persons.
    • Product label specifying the model number, serial number and production code has been removed and altered.
    • Defects or parts requiring replacement due to ordinary wear and tear, corrosion, rust or stains, scratches, dents on the casing or paintwork of the product.
    • Claims damaged and/or missing parts (accessories) after 7 days from the original date of goods received.
    • Defects or faults in products which have been used for commercial/industrial purposes or which have been rented/leased or have been otherwise subject to non-household/non-domestic use.
  2. Repairs or replacements will be carried out by authorized service provider.
  3. During the limited warranty period, Lifelong or its authorized service provider will repair without charge the defective unit inclusive of labor and parts and restore the unit to its optimum working condition. All defective parts used for the warranty repair should be surrendered to Lifelong and/or its authorized servicer.
  4. All expenses incurred in collecting the unit (s) or part(s) thereof from the authorized service provider as will as any other expenses and incidentals will be borne by the consumer.
  5. Lifelong obligations are limited to the repair and replacement of the defective product. Except as set forth above, there are no other express or implied warranties and all warranty, conditions or other terms implied by statute or common law (including any warranty of satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by the lass.
  6. Lifelong total liability for damages relating to or arising out of the purchase or use of the product regardless of the type or cause of such damage of the form of characterization of the claim asserted (e.g. contract or tort) shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.
  7. However, in no event shall Lifelong and Lifelong authorized distributors be liable for any punitive, special incidental, indirect or consequential losses or damages whatsoever (including without limitation, damages for the loss of revenue, business, profits, goodwill, or contracts, business interruptions, loss of business information or any other pecuniary loss.) Whether or not Lifelong has been advised of the possibility of such damages. These limitations shall apply not withstanding the failure of the essential purpose of any limited warranty. This limited warranty does not affect consumers’ statutory rights under the law.
  8. No carrier, dealer or employee is thereof authorized to make modifications to this warranty and you should not reply on any such representation. Lifelong reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions if necessary.
