Licensing and installation instructions
After you buy downloadable software from Thomann, we’ll send you an e-mail
containing an activation code and a link to the web page where you can re-deem
this code.
Usually, this is the software manufacturer’s home-page, and you’ll have to set
up your own customer account there, so that a licence can be assigned to you
personally.
Note: You’ll download your software directly from the manufacturer, too.

Step 02
My Products
Immediately afterwards, your new software will be displayed in “My Products”.
Below every product you’ll find a “Click here for instructions and downloads”
button.
This is where you can download all your libraries at any time. For more
convenient downloading, these are often split into several smaller “.rar
packets”.
The manufacturer recommends to unzip those files after download onto your hard
disc.

Below the downloads you’ll find the appropriate pdf help document in English,
which will give you detailed information on all further steps.
Please note here that with Best Service libraries, the software you use the
library with may differ.
Most often, the libraries run on the Native Instru-ments’ KONTAKT player or
the manufacturer’s own ENGINE.

The way to install the library may consequently also differ. Therefore, please
