Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is the procedure for changing the language on my earbuds?
Connect your headset to a device and turn it on.
Press and hold the ON and OFF buttons at the same time for 4-5 seconds.
You can either scroll through the languages or wait for the one you choose to appear.
    Choose the desired language.

  • When my earbuds are fully charged, how do I know?
Examine the earphones’ battery indicator light to determine their state. The case can be charged without the earbuds; when they are inserted, both the earbuds and the case will charge at the same time. Charged in red. Fully charged: green

  • How do you turn on your earbuds?
Pull down the shade from the top of your Android device and long-press the Bluetooth symbol. It will immediately take you to the Bluetooth menu, where you may switch it on and then search for devices. Select the headphones you want to pair by tapping their name.

  • How do you connect the left and right earbuds?
Remove the left and right earphones from the case and push and hold the touch control area for 3 seconds or until a white LED light flashes on both earbuds. Long pressing both the left and right earbuds at the same time is critical.

  • Why aren’t my earbuds communicating with one another?
Turn off your device’s Bluetooth option. Remove the earbuds from the casing and they will automatically turn on. To manually sync the left and right earbuds, double-press both of them at the same time. NOTE: Try it again if it doesn’t work the first time.

  • Why aren’t my earbuds pairing properly?
If your headphones’ battery is low, they may have difficulties pairing—and I’ve even discovered that certain Bluetooth headphones stay turned on when in the case, causing them to deplete faster than you expect. Even if they say they have some battery remaining, try putting them in and charging them completely before pairing.

  • Is it possible to control the volume on wireless earbuds?
Volume control is available on the majority of wireless earphones. This is usually accomplished with a smart touch feature that allows you to adjust the volume by tapping either side of the earbuds.

  • How can I tell how long my wireless earbuds will last?
Step 1: Pair and connect your Android phone to a Bluetooth device. Step 2: Go to “Connect Devices” in the Settings app. Step 3: Tap the word “Bluetooth” (not the switch next to it) to view a list of all connected devices as well as their battery levels.

  • How long does it take to charge wireless earbuds?
Most wireless over-ear headphone batteries take 2 to 5 hours to completely charge on average. Wireless in-ear headphone batteries, on the other hand, can take 1 to 3 hours to fully charge and can last up to 20 hours before needing to be recharged.

  • What does the red light on the earbuds indicate?
What exactly is this? When the red or amber lights on your headphones flash, it usually implies the battery is low. An orange light indicates that the battery is at a medium level and that the headphones will need to be charged in a few hours. It could also indicate that the headphones are charging.
