• When my wireless earphones are fully charged, how do I know?
  When your earbuds are plugged in and chaging, the charging case will blink red. The LED will stop flashing and become solid red once fully charged.

• How do you get both wireless earbuds to work?
  Remove the left and right earphones from the case and push and hold the touch control area for 3 seconds or until a white LED light flashes on both earbuds. Long pressing both the left and right earbuds at the same time is critical.

• Why are my wireless earbuds only working on one side?
  Depending on your audio settings, headphones may only play in one ear. Check your audio properties to make sure the mono option is disabled. Also, make sure that the voice levels on both earphones are equal.

• Why aren’t my earbuds working together?
  Step 1: To reset the headphones, double-press the power keys on both sides while the headphones are charging (the white LED indication on the earphones is on). Remove both headphones from the charging case, and they will automatically turn on and connect within 60 seconds.

• What’s the best way to pair left and right earbuds?
  Remove the left and right earphones from the case and push and hold the touch control area for 3 seconds or until a white LED light flashes on both earbuds. Long pressing both the left and right earbuds at the same time is critical.

• Without the app, how can I reset my buds plus?
  Touch and hold the sensors on both of your Samsung earphones for at least 10 seconds. Place them in the charging case properly and let them there for at least 30 seconds. Pair your earbuds with your device again after 30 seconds to determine if the issues have been resolved.

• What is the procedure for resetting TWS earbuds?
  Remove the earbuds from the case and press and hold the buttons until they turn off. Hold down the buttons on both earbuds for roughly 5 seconds, starting with the earphones in the OFF position. The LEDs will become white for around 5 seconds before turning off. Your earphones will be reset.
