Troubleshooting
Q: Keeping Saying Sd Card Full?
A:
- Format your new sd card on the dashcam when first used. We suggest using a class 10 high-speed micro sd card, no more than 32 GB. ( Please remember to insert the sd card before the dashcam power on!)
- Please check if you set loop recording success, if set success, there will have a mark on the dashcam screen.
- Please do remember to close parking monitoring and motion detection functions when you’re driving on the road. (if not, these two functions trigger the captured locked videos which can’t be overwritten. If it shows the card fully, you need to format the card.)
- If the G-sensor is set to a high level, it is easy to lock files and make the Micro SD card full, so suggested set to low, safe enough, and recommended to format your SD Card monthly.
- If keep saying ” insert C6 and above sd card”, it may be because the sd card is not compatible with the dashcam. Some sd card on the market is false sd card. Please try a new sd card.
Q: The camera can not record video or take photos?
A: Be sure you are using a suitable memory card: Speed over Class 10,
Capacity no less than 8GB. Be sure the memory card is formatted properly and
inserted correctly.
Q: The camera automatically stops recording?
A: Format the memory card in the setting menu.
The G-sensor might be triggered too often and locks too many video files, try
low sensitivity and turn off the motion detection function when you are
driving.
Q: The camera can not turn on?
A: This camera features a Built-in battery as internal power, it’s used
only for saving the video file after the external power supply cuts off (car
turn off). This camera will not turn on without an external power supply.
Check the power supply, make sure they are connected properly, the power
indicator on the power adapter is on, and the connectors are tight.
Q: Suction mount cannot attach to windshield well?
A: Please clean the windshield with a glass cleaning wipe. Removed the
protective film. Please soak the suction mount to warm water for a moment. If
it is still not working, please contact us at Amazon Platform to get a
replacement.
Q: The recorded video is unclear?
A: Make sure there are no fingerprints or dirt on the lens, try to adjust
the angle to avoid blocks or glare, or windshield reflecting.
Q: Color of the video or photo is not good?
A: Verify that the Frequency option is set to 50Hz or set accordingly.
Q: The camera crashes or does not respond to operations?
A: Use a pin or an unfolded paper clip, and press the RESET button to
restart the camera.
