Thank you for purchasing the Ubbi pet waste pail! your pail is ready to use right out of the box—no assembly required. to open the pail, turn the handle counterclockwise and lift it up. the handle acts as a lock, so unless you turn it counterclockwise, the lid will not open. to load the bag, use any standard tall plastic bag (11-gallon capacity/41.6 l). wrap it securely around the bag holder and tuck any excess material inside the pail. when closing the pail, make sure the lid snaps closed and the bag doesn’t show. turn the handle clockwise to lock. to drop waste in, turn the handle counterclockwise and lift it up, drop your waste inside the pail. close the lid and turn the handle clockwise to lock. to ensure your satisfaction, please read these instructions carefully. at any time, feel free to contact our customer care team at service@ubbiworld.com

the Ubbi pet waste pail is maintenance free and should not be cleaned. if you need to clean it, simply use a dry cloth. the Ubbi pet waste pail is made of stainless steel and is airtight so it cannot be cleaned with liquids of any sort such as vinegar, bleach or harsh abrasives—even water. the Ubbi pet waste pail is equipped with rust-proof bolts and is made of stainless steel so it should not rust, but it is best to act on the side of caution to avoid any potential risks of mold or rust. do not disassemble any part of your Ubbi pet waste pail. the parts are all factory assembled and cannot be manually reassembled. disassembling your pet waste pail will put it out of warranty. to find out more about the maintenance of the Ubbi pet waste pail, please contact service@ubbiworld.com so our customer care team can share best practices and tips and tricks.

how to load, empty & use the bag
how to load the bag
- ensure the base of your Ubbi pet waste pail remains on a stable surface, flat on the floor
- turn the handle counterclockwise to unlock the pail
- lift the lid
- insert 11-gallon bag into the bag holder by pushing the bag through the center of the bag holder opening
- important: tuck in all edges of the bag around the bag holder’s rim and between the bag holder clip before closing the cover (as shown). be sure no part of the bag extends outside the pail before closing the lid. this ensures that nothing interferes and allows the rubber seals to create an airtight environment for the diapers to be stored
- gently bring down the lid to close
- turn the handle clockwise to lock
how to empty
- when the bag is full, lift both top lid and bag holder
- tie bag shut and lift it out slowly to avoid tears
- dispose bag
- wipe down any condensation that may have accumulated inside the pail and let the pail air out
- prepare pail for next use by loading a new bag
- lose the pail
- gently bring down the lid to close
- turn the handle clockwise to lock

how to apply the hook
- place the hook only on a flat surface with no curves or bumps
- wipe the surface dry before sticking the hook on. do not use household cleaners
- push firmly on the hook for about 30 seconds so it fully adheres onto the surface
- let it sit for 24 hours before placing the litter scoop or any other items
- this product is intended for indoor use only.

useful tips
- the Ubbi pet waste pail is maintenance free. do not wash or spray your pail to clean it. do not use bleach, vinegar, other harsh abrasives or even water in or around your pail
- emptying your bag frequently helps maintain freshness inside the pail
- Ubbi’s fragrance disk can be stored inside the fragrance disk holder in the inside of the pail. the lavender smell helps minimize the smell inside of the pail
- the Ubbi pet waste pail uses any standard tall trash bag. no special refills required
- filling the bag beyond capacity can lead to premature wear on the bag and is not recommended
- for an extra barrier against odor, we recommend our lavender-scented pet waste sacks for waste disposal.

WARNING: only use on the floor. do not use on a tabletop or any other elevated surfaces. to avoid danger of suffocation, keep the plastic refill liner away from babies and children. this product is not a toy. do not let children play with bags or pail. do not use the liners in cribs, beds, carriages, strollers or playpens. the thin film may cling to nose and mouth and prevent breathing. this pail can only be operated by an adult. the lid is not removable. never leave the lid open.
