Basic Use
Opening Method
Opening Size
Pay attention to cleaning and wiping knives with alcohol regularly. It is recommended to cut 500 pieces and clean them once!
Consumable Installation
Load Paper with sticker face down
Correct Closure
Press and hold the On/Off button to turn on the machine.
Connect the machine with the APP to set the specifications of consumables.Edit
the print content and confim the print.
- Green light: fully charged/in normal use
- Red light: charging/ paper shortage/overheating/cover opening
- Red light flashing: low power will cause the printed handriting to be weak, please charge it in time
- Blue: Changliang/ Bluetooth connected
Warnings
- Make sure that the paper bin is clean before using the printer. If there is any debris in the paper bin, the print head may be damaged during printing. In case of any debris, use a special cleaning device or alcohol to clean the paper bin and print head.
- Tum off the power immediately when the printer malfunctions.
- There are complex circuits and devices inside the printer, please do not disassemble the printer without authorization.
- Charge the battery in a cool and airy room. Do not expose the printer and power adapter to high-temperature and high-humidity environments, or water to avoid short circuits that can cause the battery to heat up, smoke, deform, damage, or even explode. If the power adapter comes into contact with water or other liquid, cut off the power immediately. When you notice smoke or an odor from your printer or power adapter, unplug the power. adapter immediately and take care to avoid bumes.
- Please do not squeeze, mechanical vibration, shake the printer and power adapter, remove or modify the power adapter It is forbidden to use the power adapter when the power cord is damaged, otherwise it will cause electric shock, fire and damage to the power adapter
- When unplugging the printer, grab the power adapter. Pulling the power cable will damage the cable.
- Do not use the printer near flammable products such as gas stations and fuel warehouses.
Warranty
- From the date of purchase, the print head of this product shall be guaranteed for 3 months or the print distance shall not exceed 30 km (whichever comes first), and the rest parts shall be guaranteed for 12 months.
- You need to send the product to the sales service center for repair.
- Products beyond the warranty period need to be repaired, Please contact the after-sales service center to provide repair parts for paid.
- Warranty services are not available during the warranty period if:
- The damage is caused by accidents, overuse, misuse, or use of other companies’ consumables.
- The warranty period has expired.
- You disassemble, repair or modify the printer without authorization.
- Missing prints are caused by the scratches on the print head.
- The purchase record is inconsistent with the serial number of the machine under warranty.
- The damage is caused by man-made or other force majeure.
Warranty Card
- Since purchasing this product, normal operation and have not been disassem- bled and repaired, and the warranty personnel confirmed that it is a product quality problem. all maintenance services are provided according to the warranty terms.
- This card is the only certificate of product warranty. Please fill in and keep it properly when you buy it.
