Read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into
operation and keep the instructions, the receipt and, if possible, the box
with the internal packing. If you give this device to other people, please

Use the air cooler only for purposes described in the instruction manual.

The appliance is designed exclusively for private use and for the envisaged purpose.

Check that the voltage indicated on the appliance rating label corresponds to the voltage in the mains.

Always use on dry, level surface.

To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse the device, plug or cord into water or any other liquid or spray with liquids.

Unplug from the electrical outlet when not in use, when moving the air cooler from one location to another, before putting on or taking off parts and before clearing.

Do not operate the machine without supervision. If you leave the room, you should always turn the device off.

Do not place heavy objects or objects containing liquids on the device.

Avoid contact with any moving parts.

CAUTION: To avoid injury, do not insert your fingers between the grilles when the appliance is plugged in or when it is turned on.

Do not operate any appliance, with a damaged cord plug after the appliance malfunctions, or has been dropped damaged in any manner. To disconnect from the mains, firstly turn off the appliance from control panel and after that grip the plug and pull from the wall outlet. DO NOT pull on the cord.

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. In order to ensure your children’s safety, please keep all packaging (plastic bags, boxes, polystyrene etc.) out of their reach.

The display of water level of water tank should be less than MAX level while appliance is operating.

Do not move or lean the appliance when it is filled with water. Empty the water tank before moving.

You should never use the air cooler without filters.
BATTERY SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS (OF REMOTE CONTROL)
- Different battery types or new and used batteries must not be used together.
- Batteries can leak and lose battery acid. If the remote control is not used for a long period of time, remove the batteries.

NOTE: An air cooler is a device that cools air through the evaporation of
water. Evaporative cooling differs from other air conditioning systems, which
use vapor-compression or absorption refrigeration cycles. Evaporative cooling
uses the fact that water will absorb a relatively large amount of heat in
order to evaporate. The temperature of dry air can be dropped significantly
through the phase transition of liquid water to water vapor (evaporation).
This can cool air using much less energy than refrigeration.
The cooling potential for evaporative cooling is dependent on the wet-bulb
depression, the difference between dry-bulb temperature and wet-bulb
temperature

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Place the air cooler on a dry, level surface.

Before connecting the appliance, make sure that the power supply of your appliance corresponds exactly to the voltage in the mains.

Before turning on the air cooler, you must fill the tank with water. Fill the water tank with cold tap water and ensure that water does not exceed the maximum line mark on the water tank. Always fill at least to the minimum level. If necessary, place ice packs or ice cubes inside water tank for better cooling.
NOTE:
- If the tank runs out of water there will be a sound notification for three seconds and the water pump will stop working. Fill the tank with water before you use the air cooler again. • Water level must be between the MIN and MAX line mark.
- After some time operation, dust and dirt may appear in water tank. It is recommended to change the water and clean water tank frequently.

Press ON/OFF button on control panel or using the remote control in order to turn on the air cooler. You will hear a notification sound and the appliance will start working at the lowest speed level. To turn the air cooler off, press ON/OFF button again.
SELECTION OF OPERATION MODE
The air cooler has the following 3 operation modes:
- Sleep mode (night operation) – The appliance operates cyclically at all speed levels (high, medium, low) for specific intervals.
- Natural mode (natural wind operation) – The device operates cyclically at all speed levels (high, medium, low) for specific intervals as a simulation of natural wind.
- Normal mode – The appliance operates at the selected operating speed.
Press the mode selection key on the control panel or remote control to select the desired function of the device. When selected, the corresponding mode light on the control panel will light up.
OPERATION SPEED SELECTION
Press speed button to select the desired operating speed. The device has three
speed levels:
- Press once to select the middle speed level.
- Press twice to select the highest speed level.
- Press three times to select the lowest speed level
The corresponding indicator light on the control panel will illuminate.
NOTE:
- The appliance always starts its operation at the lowest speed level.
- Operating speed option is only available in Normal mode.
OSCILLATION MODE
Press the swing function button on the control panel or remote control to
activate the oscillation mode (rotation of blades). The corresponding
indicator light on the control panel will illuminate. Press again the swing
function button on the control panel or remote control to deactivate the
oscillation mode
TIMER
The timer can be set for a certain period of time (from 0.5 to 7.5 hours).
Press the timer button to set the desired operating time. Each power button
keystroke increases the time by half an hour. When the desired time is
selected, the corresponding light on the control panel will light up.
COOL FUNCTION
Press the cooling mode button on the control panel or remote control to
activate the cooling function by evaporating water. The corresponding light on
the control panel illuminates. Press again to turn off the feature.
NOTE: If the water level in the water tank falls below the MIN mark, firstly
turn off the appliance and then fill the tank with water.
ANION FUNCTION
Press the anion function button on the control panel or remote control to
activate the anion function. The corresponding light on the control panel
illuminates. The air cooler will start releasing negative ions into the air
for cleaner air and less dust. Press again to deactivate the function.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Follow these instructions to correctly and safely care for your air cooler.
- Always unplug the air cooler before cleaning or assembly.
- Do not allow water to drip on or into the air cooler motor housing.
- Be sure to use a soft cloth, moistened with a mild soap solution.
- Do not use hard, abrasive or corrosive detergents or solvents or any of the following as a cleaner: petrol, thinners or benzene to clean the device.
FILTER CLEANING
- Catch the filtration mesh handle and pull upwards.
- Clean filtration mesh with mild detergent and soft brush.
- Make sure filtration mesh is completely dry before installing.
WATER TANK CLEANING
- Pull out the tank and use a small cup and a sponge to drain the water from the tank.
- Clean the inner part of the tank with mild detergent on a towel and then wipe it with a wet cloth.
- Use a dry cloth to dry the tank thoroughly and push it back in place.
NOTE: If you do not use the appliance for a long period, please empty the water tank.
AIR COOLER HOUSING CLEANING
- It is advised to use a neutral detergent and a soft cloth and to rub dry. Do not use solvents, acidic detergents, petrol or alcohol etc. to clean the plastic components, as these could be deformed or damaged.
- Clean with a damp cloth and allow to dry.
STORAGE
- Always unplug the appliance before storing it.
- Place it in its original packaging and store it in a safe, dry location.
NOTE: The air cooler can be stored assembled.
