WS900 MANUAL

Water sensor Operating Instructions:

WS900 is a wireless water detector designed to alert in the case of flood, leaks, and potential water damage solutions.

Installation:

The sensor and transmitter mount with either the screws or two-sided tape.

  1. Pull tab on back of cover, remove cover and insert battery (cr123a).
  2. Led will flash red to show power to the unit. (PLUS ver. will flash and sounder will beep).
  3. Replace the cover and click in the back plate.

Installation of the transmitter. The higher the location the better the range. Avoid metal studs and metal objects.

Install the sensor at the desired monitoring location. Both metal contacts need to come into contact with water to activate the sensor. (mounting too low will cause false alarms)

Programming

Following instructions are a guideline for programming. For more details see hub instructions.

  1. program button
  2. reset button
  3. on/off switch

PROB button (sensor test button)
Press reset button to test the sensor.
Green led flash indicates sensor connected to transmitter correctly and ready for use
Red Led flash indicates sensor not connected to transmitter correctly or sensor is in water

RESET Button
Press reset button to learn in the senor to the hub. Green led will flash to show transmission

ON/OFF switch
Switch turns the sounder ON and OFF

Box contains:

1 completer water sensor
4 mounting screws Strip of two-sided tape
1 CR123A 3V lithium battery
