Function Operation Instructions

General Control Function

Instructions for first use

• When you turn on the earbuds for the first time (or not used for a long time), please be sure to charge the earbuds before use.

Power On

• Take the earbuds from the charging case or long-press the touch area for 3 seconds. Then the earbuds will come with a prompt voice “power on”.

Power Off

• Put the earbuds back in the charging case or long-press the touch area for 3 seconds. Then the earbuds will come with a prompt voice “power off”.

Bluetooth Pairing

Pairing Name

• RT-330C After the earbuds are turned on, it will automatically enter pairing mode. Choose the right pairing name to connect with your mobile phone.
• When the connection is successful, the earbuds will come with a prompt voice “connected”.

Communication Control Function

Answer the phone

• When a call comes in, double-tap the left/right touch area to answer the call.

Hang up the phone

• During a call, double-tap the left / right touch area to hang up the call.

Reject the call

• When a call comes in, press and hold the left/right touch area for 2 seconds to reject the call.

Answer new calls

• When a new call is coming during the call, double-tap the left/right touch area to hang up and answer the new call.

Reject new calls

• When a new call is coming during calling, four taps the left / right touch area to reject the new call and keep the current call.

Activate Siri / Voice Assistant

• Under the status of power on, triple tap the left touch area.

Music Control Function

Play / Pause

• Double-tap the left/right touch area while music is playing.

Volume +

• Click once on the right touch area to increase the volume by one level.

Volume –

• Click once on the left touch area to reduce the volume by one level.

Previous track

• While music is playing, press and hold the left touch area for 1 second.

Next track

• While music is playing, press and hold the right touch area for 1 second.

Heart Rate Detection Function

• Download the “Polar Beat” App ;
• Finish Bluetooth pairing with your mobile phone.
• Open Polar Beat → click on Settings → click on Heart Rate Sensor → select RT-330C_LE device → after successful pairing → earbuds prompt “Calibrating, Please keep still”
• In order to avoid personal injury or property damage to the user or others, please must comply with the following described below.

Warning

• Please keep out of reach of young children and children to avoid accidental ingestion of earplugs.
• When using outdoors, please pay attention to the surrounding traffic conditions, otherwise, it may lead to traffic accidents, etc.
• Please do not use the headset when using transportation, otherwise, it will lead to traffic accidents, etc.
• Do not apply strong impact or throwing, otherwise, it will lead to fire, burns, or injuries.
• Do not disassemble or modify it, otherwise, it will lead to failure, heat, fire, or electric shock.
• This product contains built-in lithium battery, please do not put it into the fire, and do not heat it; please do not charge, place, and use in high temperatures, otherwise, it will lead to failure, heat, electric shock and fire.
• Do not use bad quality USB cable/plug, do not use when not safe for electricity. Otherwise, it will lead to heat and fire.
• Do not touch the product with corrosive liquid, otherwise, it will cause serious damage to the product, and the manufacturer will not warranty the resulting damage.

Caution

1. Because the headset is in direct contact with the skin, if the wearing process, feels abnormal. Please immediately stop using, and replace the earplugs.
2. When the earbuds are used without being fully installed, they may fall off and stay in the ear. Therefore, please confirm that the earplugs are properly installed before use.
3. If the earplugs fall out in your ears, do not remove them without permission and seek immediate medical attention.
4. When using this product, please do not turn the volume to the maximum. If you stimulate your ears with loud volume for a long time, it will have an adverse effect on your hearing.
5. This product with the increase in volume will accelerate the power consumption of the headset.
6. Please do not put the headset in an environment of too high or too low temperature (below 0 ℃ or above 45 ℃).
7. Keep the product dry, please do not put in a humid place, so as not to affect the internal circuitry of the product.
8. Similar to winter and other dry seasons, may produce irritation to the ear due to static electricity.
9. Because the earplug is a consumable product, even in the state of normal use and storage, it will be aging due to changes in time. Aged earplugs are easy to fall out and may fall in your ears during use, so please do not remove them without permission and seek immediate medical attention.
