INTERN Guitar packages
Will comes in 2 different combinations of accessories.
Full pack
Includes strap, bag, plectrums and strings set.
Light pack includes
Only bag and plectrums.
You need to carefully see which guitar pack you have chosen to verify the missing contents.
Guitar accessories:
Your INTERN Guitar pack has been checked thoroughly for Quality Control
verification, twice, to verify the contents like the marks on the guitar or
accessories mentioned on the product details.

Full Pack
Broken or Loose strings are not a manufacturing defect:
For the ease of shipments and safety of the Guitar neck, Guitar strings are
not strung tight during the shipments. It may happen that when you open the
box, one or more of the strings may be found broken or loose.
This is not a manufacturing defect or broken guitar case. You can easily re-
string the guitar with the help of generic YouTube videos or visit nearby
guitar store
for the same. Your Guitar teacher can also help you.
Rusted Strings is not a manufacturing defect:
Right from the production to the shipment of guitar at your place, it may take
3-4 months after production. So depending upon the same, sometimes the guitar
strings are found rusted when received.
This is not a manufacturing defect or broken guitar case. You can easily re-
string the guitar with the help of generic YouTube videos or visit nearby
guitar store
for the same. Your Guitar teacher can also help you.
Precautions:
For letting your guitar last longer, periodic maintenance and certain precautions will surely help
- Avoid exposing the guitar to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) for too long.
- Store your guitar inside the carry bag at your home or place of practice.
- Always wipe the guitar with a dry clean cloth after you have played to remove sweat and oil.
- Keep changing the strings every 3-4 months.
