Reset
The earbuds need to be reset in the following situations:
- The earbuds cannot be paired automatically.
- The earbuds cannot be connected to Bluetooth due to incorrect operation.
- Try resetting when one headset is not working but the indicator is charging properly.
- Mismatch of headset-connected devices.
- You can try to reset it in any case when it is not working.
Reset by the following step:
- To clear all Bluetooth names connected to the mobile phone: AK7 device
- Turn off the Bluetooth of the phone.
- Click the function button 5 times and wait for 3 seconds.
- Turn on the mobile phone Bluetooth search Bluetooth name: AK7

Q: Why Bluetooth devices name “AK7” appears two times when searching for
Bluetooth devices to pair?
A: You need to delete the two pairing device name, and then Re-search the
Bluetooth device name for pairing.
Q: Why is one headset not working?
A: Please make sure the headset is powered, or reset the headset if the
indicator light is displayed properly.
Q: Charge case does not charge?
A: Please try another cable or check if the connection port is connected well.

- Make sure the charging case has enough power.
- Support single-ear use: if you want to use just one bud, either of the earbuds is ok. But please make sure both earbuds should be connected with your device successfully after the first pairing.
- when the earbuds are working normally, they will be turned off automatically when it is placed in the charging case, and they will be turned on automatically when it is removed.
- When you open the package for the first time, please use the USB cable to charge the charging case and earbuds for at least 10 minutes, do not remove the earbuds at this time, if the headphones are low on power.
- Please use this product in an effective environment (10 meters without obstruction ). The product may become stuck and disconnected when it is used over an effective distance. Use it correctly according to the instruction.
- This product contains a built-in lithium battery. Do not expose this product to strong sunlight or bake it or put it on fire.
