C1 Monadore Smart Pregnancy Tracker

Charging Monadore

  1. Connect the charger to power and place it on a level surface with the white side facing up.
  2. Place Monadore in the center of the charger with the logo facing up. The blue light will start blinking when the device is correctly placed and the battery is charging.
  3. Battery is fully charged when the light stops blinking.

Downloading the App

Android! iOS
Please scan the QR code and download the Monadore App to your phone.

Pairing Monadore

  1. Open the App and complete your registration.

  2. Follow the instructions and turn on Bluetooth on your mobile phone. For iOS 13 and above. go to Settings. select
    “Monadore· from the list of devices shown and tap the switch on. For Android phones. make sure CPS and Bluetooth are both on.

  3. Return to the App and start pairing.

  4. When the pairing is completed. the blue light of Monadore will start blinking. Press “Confirm” on the App.

Note: Please make sure that your mobile phone is Bluetooth capable and the Bluetooth feature is enabled.

Activating Subscription

After Monadore is paired with your phone. follow the instructions on the app and activate your subscription. which will be valid from now until your 42 weeks pregnancy.

Assembling Monadore and the Case

  1. The side with the logo is the front of Monadore. The enclosed side is the front of the silicone case.
  2. Assemble Monadore and the silicone case as shown below.

Locating Your Baby’s Heart

  1. Please stay in a quiet place and sit in a comfortable position to get started. Semi-reclined position is highly recommended.
  2. Please use the belly band to hold the device stable. Make sure the silicone case is fully adhered to your belly.
  3. Keep both hands off the device. Put on your headphones/earphones. Follow the instructions on the App to locate your baby’s heart.

Tracking Your baby’s heartbeats

Once your baby’s heart is located. follow the steps and select what you would like to do: “Track Heartbeats & Kicks”/ “Compose Music with Heartbeats”/ “Draw a Painting with Heartbeats”.
Note: If tracking/composing/drawing is interrupted. please refer to issue 3 of the FAQ.

Troubleshooting

Issue 1: Charging Failure

  • Refer to “Charging Monadoré of this User Guide and check if the device and the charger are correctly placed.
  • Check the connection between the USB plug and the power. Make sure the output voltage of your adapter is 5V and the output current 2500mA.

Issue 2: Bluetooth Pairing Failure

  • Make sure that your mobile phone is Bluetooth capable and the Bluetooth Teature is enabled.
  • Make sure your phone is using ios 9.0 and above or Android 4.4 and above. check your phone’s specifications and make sure it supports Bluetooth 4.0 or abOve.
  • Check if the battery is fuly charged from My Devices on the app.
  • Place Monadoré where it is no more than 1.6 feet (0.5 meters) away from your mobile phone.
  • Make sure that the Monadoré App is updated to the latest version.
  • Restart the Monadore device and your mobile phone. Please refer to Important Notes for how to restart Monadoré.

Issue 3: Unable to Locate the Baby’s

  • Heart or Interrupted Signals
  • Keep your surroundings as quiet as possible and do not talk when Monadore Is locating the heart
  • Try to stay still.
  • Do not use Monadoré when your baby’s movements are intense.
  • Refer to “Assembling Monadoré and the Case” of this User Guide and check if the device is assembled correctly
  • Locate the baby’s heart according to his/her position in your belly. We recommend that for anterior position, start from 3-7cm below the navel: for a breech position. start from 3cm below the navel and gradually move upwards

Important Notes

  • Place Monadoré where it is no more than 1.6 feet (0.5 meters) away from your mobile phone.
  • Do not use the App while charging
  • If you need to restart Monadoré. put the device on the charger. After the blue light blinks twice, the restart is completed.

and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However. there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation.
If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception. which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures

  • Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
  • Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver
  • Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
  • Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
