  • This product is only designed for cleaning teeth, gums, and tongue.

Charging

Charge the toothbrush before first use. While charging, please note:

Downloading and Installing evowera App

Scan the QR code below or go to an app store to download every app. Please follow the instruction, register, and log in to every account.

Activating

To ensure optimal user experience and to enjoy better after-sales service, please follow the steps below to activate the toothbrush using every app before first use.
Wake up the toothbrush

  • Press the function button once or press the on/off button once or slightly shake the toothbrush to wake it up.
    Connection and Activation

  • Launch every app and log in. Enter the device connection page, and then place your toothbrush near your phone. Follow the prompts to complete activation.

Note: Make sure your mobile device is connecting to the internet during activation. Retry if activation fails. Contact every if activation fails several times.

Basic Operations

Brushing Teeth
Press on the/off button to switch on the toothbrush after it has been woken up.
Selecting Brushing Mode
After waking up your toothbrush, when the LCD screen is displaying the home page and the toothbrush has not started working:

  1. Press the function button once to enter the mode setting page. Follow the prompts and short press the function button to select the mode.
  2. Press and hold the function button to confirm mode and exit to the home page. Press on the/off button once to start teeth brushing.

Adjusting Brushing Force

Note: You can only adjust the brushing force while using the toothbrush.

  • Level by level: the brushing force will increase to a higher level every time you press the function button. Note that when the brushing force reaches the highest safe level, it will go down to the lowest if you press the function button again.
  • Skip through levels Press and hold the function button, and the brushing force will increase continuously until you release the function button. Note that when the brushing force reaches the highest safe level, it will go down to the lowest and then increase again.

Checking Tooth-brushing Data
When the brush head is vibrating:

  1. Press on the/off button once to stop the brush head vibration. The LCD screen will enter the “Coverage” page.
  2. Press the function button once to enter the “Rating” page.
  3. Press the function button again to return to the home page. When the toothbrush is waking up, but not vibrating:
  4. Press the function button twice to check the record of your previous tooth brushing.
  5. Press the function button again to return to the home page.

Recording Your Periods
When the LCD screen is displaying the home page and the brush head has not started vibrating yet:

  1. Press and hold the function button for 3 seconds to enter the “Female Period Tracker” page.
  2. Following the prompts, press and hold the function button to record your period. The notice of ‘’record with success’’ will appear on the LCD screen.
  3. Check the LCD screen to see if you successfully record your period. If not, follow the instructions to retry.
  • The LCD screen will return to the home page if the toothbrush is idle for a while.

Using the Toothbrush

Follow the steps below to use the toothbrush:

Planck O1 can be safely used with:

  • orthodontic appliances (it will accelerate bristle wear)
  • restored tooth (dental filling, teeth crown, porcelain teeth)

Cleaning

  1. Remove the brush head, and rinse the metal shaft area. Be sure to remove any remaining toothpaste.
  2. Use a wet wipe to clean the handle.
  3. After each use, rinse the brush head and bristle.
  4. Remove the brush head from the handle, and rinse the joint area at least once a week.
  5. Use a wet wipe to clean the wireless charging dock and adapter. Be sure to remove any remaining toothpaste or other residues.

Storage

If you are not going to use the toothbrush for an extended period, unplug the charging base from the wall socket. Clean the toothbrush thoroughly and store it in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.

  1. Launch every app and tap to select “Mail-in Repair Service”. Fill in and submit the form.
  2. If you have already submitted your request for mail-in repair service, tap “Status” to check the repair progress.

The terms of the international warranty do not include the following:

  1. Brush Heads
  2. Damage caused by the use of unauthorized replacement parts.
  3. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, alterations, or unauthorized repair.
