Product instructions

How to use

1. After unpacking the machine, open the latches on both sides of the bottom and remove the adapter cover plate(As show in pie 1)

2. Take out the adapter and connect the equipment, cover the cover plate, and plug the adapter into the socket(As show in pie 2)

3. Turn on the screen of the machine and adjust the screen angle according to your preference ©Press and hold the power touch switch for 2 seconds to start the machine (the machine will
   start automatically when the power is plugged in for the first time)

4. Start the machine and enter the system desktop (as shown in Figure 4)

Software usage

Connect WIFI

1. Click the “menu” icon on the desktop with the left mouse button

2. Click the “Settings” icon with the left mouse button WiFi connected

3. Click “WiFi” with the left mouse button

4. Select the WiFi to be connected and enter the password (if the password is entered incorrectly, cancel saving and re-enter the password)

5. Click “get information” after the detection interface appears

6. Click the desktop detection software icon with the mouse
   Scan QR via Wechat

7. Enter your personal data and submit it according to the prompt information of your mobile phone
   Click” start”

8. Place both hands on the electrode according to the interface prompt, and confirm that the face is aligned with the camera until the detection is completed

9. After the test is completed, the system will prompt that the test is completed. You can view the test report on your mobile phone

10. If the machine is not in use, press the power switch for 2 seconds to turn off the machine.

Common Problems and Its Resolution

1. The machine is not powered on
   a. Check whether the adapter is well connected with the machine and socket, and confirm whether the socket is powered.
   b. Reconnect the adapter (both ends of the machine and socket)

2. The instrument cannot detect normally
   a.Confirm whether WiFi is connected and whether WiFi can access the Internet normally
   b.Turn off the machine and restart it to confirm whether it is OK

3. Error or exit during detection
   a. Please confirm whether the palm is in good contact with the electrode
   b. Please confirm whether the face is aligned with the camera during the detection process, and there can only be the face of the tested person, and multiple people are not allowed to be in the detection area at the same time

• In order to prevent electric shock, fire, short circuit and other hazards, please do not put the machine in a water or humid environment.
• If the machine shows signs of damage and defects, please contact distributors immediately.
