  1. Before beginning this or any exercise program, consult a physician or health professional, who can assist you in planning a program appropriate for your age and physical condition. This is especially important if you are over age 65 or have pre-existing health problems. We assume no responsibility for personal injury or property damage sustained by or through the use of this product.

  2. Use the equipment on a solid, flat level surface with a protective cover for your floor or carpet. For safety, the equipment should have at least 0.6 meter / 2 Ft working space, free of other objects. See diagram below.

  3. It is important to keep children, pets, furniture and other objects away from this equipment during its use.

  4. Check your equipment before each use to ensure that all parts are assembled, and all nuts, bolts, knobs, pins are tightly in place.

  5. THIS EQUIPMENT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN. Do not allow children to play on or around it.

  6. Always warm up and stretch before each training session. If you feel faint or experience dizziness, nausea, shortness of breath, chest pain, irregular heartbeat, or any other abnormal symptoms, STOP the workout at once. CONSULT A PHYSICIAN IMMEDIATELY.

  7. Do not place your hands or fingers underneath the unit while it is being used. Keep hands away from moving parts.

  8. Be sure to keep longer hair tied up to avoid getting caught on equipment.

  9. Always wear proper workout clothing and shoes when using your equipment. Do not wear loose clothing. Do not wear shoes with leather sole or high heels.

  10. Workout within your recommended exercise level, do not work to exhaustion. If you feel any pain or experience abnormality, stop your workout immediately. CONSULT A PHYSICIAN IMMEDIATELY.

  11. This equipment is designed and intended for indoor home and consumer use only, not for commercial use.

  12. Injuries to health may result from incorrect or excessive training.

  13. The plug must not be altered in any manner. Do not use any plug adapter in conjunction.

  14. Unplug when finished exercising and before storage.
    Keep fingers and body parts clear and away from all sheer and pinch points. Injury may occur if fingers become entangled in moving parts.

MONITOR FUNCTIONS

| Press “POWER” button to start the display and then select the function you require.
“Power on preset position is 6 o’clock.”

“Default time is 5 minutes.”
Press ONCE for 10 minutes. TWICE for 15 minutes.
Press THREE time to return to 5 minutes.
| LEVEL: Training intensity: Choose the intensity for each mode or zone.
L (Low Impact): Average 4 RPM
M (Middle Impact) : Average 3 RPM
H (High Impact): Average 2 RPM “Default intensity is L (Low Impact)”
Press ONCE for Middle Impact. TWICE for High Impact.
Press THREE time to return to Low Impact.

MODE 1: Upper chest shoulder training mode
MODE 2: ABS/CORE training mode
MODE 3: Right oblique training mode
MODE 4: Left oblique training mode
| SITTING MODE: Sitting training mode
| FORWARD/REVERSE: Revolving training mode
Press ONCE for Clockwise rotation
Press TWICE for Counter clockwise rotation
| BODY ZONE: Abdominal training modes
ZONE 1: Upper ABS training mode
ZONE 2: Lower ABS training mode
ZONE 3: Left oblique training mode
ZONE 4: Right oblique training mode
| Portrait LED light: Shows muscle group being targeted
| Screen: Show the countdown of training time

Troubleshooting
DANGER: Do not attempt to repair the unit. Please contact a qualified electrician, or see your warranty card.
If operational problems occur, please refer to the chart below.

PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSES POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Unable to start product No power supply. Check the A/C plug, make sure it’s

securely connected to the machine.
Device suddenly stopped working|

  1. Power outage.
  2. Machine in use for extended period of time — The Core 15 will shut off to protect the motor from overheating.

| Allow the motor to cool down for at least 30 minutes before next use.
