ST_PROBE product performance parameters

  1. Scope of application of temperature
    • External temperature range 50-300 degrees Celsius
    • Internal temperature range -10-100 degrees Celsius
  2. Product power consumption <40mA and standby <10uA.
  3. Temperature measurement accuracy+-1 degrees Celsius.

  5. The charging time is < 15 minutes, and it will automatically shut down when it is fully charged.

Function keys

Long press function key 3S to turn on, long press function key 3S to turn off. Short press function key twice the unit can switch. Short press function key, the internal and external temperature switch. ( Internal and external temperatures can only be switched when cooking).

Display area

  1. APP connection identity
    The icon always lights up when the APP is connected

  2. External temperature indicator
    The icon is displayed when the external temperature is displayed on the screen. ( The internal and external temperatures can only be changed while cooking).

  3. Probe Low Charge
    The icon flashes when the probe charge is less than 15%. (Only if the probe is connected)

  4. Internal temperature indicator
    The icon is displayed when the internal temperature is displayed on the screen.

  5. Power
    The icon flickers when the power is less

  6. Unit
    Display the corresponding unit of temperature.

  7. Temperature display area Display the temperature (The internal temperature from-10 degrees Celsius to 100 degrees Celsius. The external temperature is from 50 degrees Celsius to 260 degrees Celsius.)

External temperature

This is the measurement range of the external temperature: from 50 degrees Celsiu to 260degrees Celsius. This is exposed to the oven with a maximum temperature of 300 degrees Celsius.

Safety line

When cooking food, the section of below the safety line must be inside of the food. The sectionof below the safety line is forbidden to be exposed to high temperatures (which will causepermanent damage to the equipment)!

Internal temperature

The area is below the safety line, and it is necessary to ensure that the area is wrapped in food when used inhigh-temperature environments (less than 100 degrees Celsius). The measurement range of this area: from-10 degrees Celsius to 100 degrees Celsius.

Note:
In order to ensure that the connection is not easy to disconnect, make sure that the distance between the charging case and the probe is less than 1M!

Steps to use

  1. Long press key 3S to turn on the device.
  2. Check whether the probe power flickers or not, and if yes, keep the status until not flashing, then go to next step.
  3. Remove the probe and wait for the 10S. The display area shows from the icon “–” to display temperature. ( If the device does not response, please put the prob back to the charging case and perform this step again).
  4. After connecting to the APP and selecting the cooking ingredients, temperature mode and time mode, start running.
  5. Insert the probe into the food Please make sure that the section of below safety line is wrapped of food when bake the food at high temperature.
  6. Put it in the oven to bake.
  7. When you hear an alarm, it indicates that the temperature is up to the target temperature, please take out the food from the oven. Then click the button (APP), or press the function button on the device to stop the warning.
  8. When you hear the alarm again, it indicates that the food cooling has been completed, please remove the probe and clean it clean, then put it into the charging case.
